WORSE SERVICE EVER
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! GREATEST REGRET OF MY LIFE WHEN A DURATHERM GEYSER WAS INSTALLED. INSURER DECLINED OUR CLAIM AND REFERRED US TO DURATHERM SINCE GEYSER STILL UNDER WARRANTEE. NOW (EVEN AFTER PHOTOS AND PLUMBER'S REPORTS WERE SENT, THEY SIMPLY REPSONDED RIDICULOUSLY THAT IT IS A WE GEYZER (AFTER PHOTOS AND REPORTS EVIDENCE WAS SENT TO THEM) FROM THERE, NO RESPONSE. YOU CAN'T SEEM TO GET HOLD OF THEM.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! STRESSFULL! NO COMMUNICATION!!!!!!
Order #14228 for Tieka Botha. I have ordered an expensive weight blanket of R6,161.00 on the 30th October with an advertised "10 to 20 workdays shipment time". It has now been more than 2 months and still no delivery. They simply DO NOT reply on my mails, do not answer the phone. No way to make contact with them!!!! Awful service and will not be able to recommend.

SANTRAV BOOK AND THEN NEVER PAY. BE CAREFUL!
Warning to all accommodation establishments - this company doesn't pay! A booking was made by Amanda Gcuku <amanda@santrav.co.za with a direct santrav server e-mail address on a company letterhead logo signature and supplied us with a voucher number. The service was rendered, however they failed to pay. For more than a year now, we have been following up with the agent (as the only available number - all other numbers listed are non-existing). We have record where each time she very clearly reaffirms that they will pay, each time different excuse. Not once have she notified us that she is no longer still working at SANTRAV or assisted by supplying us with alternative contact details to follow up on accounts. When we eventually got hold of "Kris" through a major search battle, he was sooooo rude, personally insulting me, claiming for this agent not to work at the company anymore and the guest who stayed is no longer their "client". This is all irrelevant - fact remains: We received a valid booking with voucher number, their client DID stay and enjoyed meals, and SANTRAV (never-mind who or which presenter made the booking) as company stays liable to pay for services they received. We have written consent of the booking from the company. Be careful not to loose money by hosting SANTRAV's clients and then never receive payment - rather stick to the well-known famous travel agents who are certain to pay and who deals respectfully and honorable.

All the important details were thought through with a load of attention to detail and on-going theme. We just LOVED the whole beach vibe and stunning decor. It indeed felt if we were on some kind of hidden tropical island paradise. The venue is Elite, upmarket and elaborate - extremely stylish. Utmost romantic jewel! Every task done well, every request done with a smile. After being all over Harties in the past, this is the best Guesthouse! The location is ideally close to everything. Their romantic packages and spa treatments is highly recommended and breakfast is divine! With our thanks and appreciation</p>
