I started planning a surprise for my partner in the month of January. Paid a deposit and was told its secured. When I checked the invoice it said 2nd to the 4. So I emailed them. No response . called two different numbers no response. Finally a lady named Janet returned my call. And I explained to her to please correct my booking dated. From 1st to the 3rd in the Bahama, presidental suite, instead of 2rd to the 4th. In the month of April I mailed her again. She said everything is perfect. After traveling and ho**** back riding. I was done. Drove to our reservation spot. After waiting 10 min for someone to open the gate for us. We called reception....no answer. We called the cell number, no answer. Ring the gate bell again. Out comes a lady wiping off her lunch from her face. "Sorry we couldn't hear you. What is your reservation name." No there's nothing booked under that. Wait, what? Finally opens the gate and leads us to the reception room for another lady to assist. She response: No Cc. there's no reservation and the room you've book is fully booked. I answered and said, that it should be mine. She said, you should only arrive on the second. I showed her the emails on my phone because, they had no information on their side. She goes on to explain when her colleague made the mistake. Sitting near my partner, I looked down and said surprise. I'm sorry for messing up your birthday suprise. She told me there's nothing she can do. I was shattered. After all the planing. I came up with the idea that she should book me into which ever room they have and the next day they'll move us to the presidential. The extra money coming from the savings of down grading, will go to my spa treatment the next day. I settled my bill on that day via card payment. She agreed, never aplogiesed.just kept telling that Janet was pregnant when she was busy with my booking🤷🏼♀ The next morning we got ready for the spa. Light breakfast and It took long . My hot chocolate was only bought to me when I was about to enter the spa suite. I had to gulp it down and sleep on a full belly. The massage was defenatly the best part of this trip. I even tipped the ladies. Well done. After that we were moved to the correct suite. As beining moved the maintances team decide to follow us. They had to check which part of the room to fix. He casually explained that its always fully book so we never get a chance to maintain. I thought to myself. Why don't you close to maintain the building for the safety of its client, just 1 week for safety maintenance. We went out for dinner.when we got back DSTV is stuck on 100. Asked the receptionist about it and never got back to me. For that last night we have no DSTV. Even the heated pool was just not having it. No words can explain what I feel about this 4 stars. Its a disappoint. And needs a lot of work before newer and younger celebraties will be wowed. Tighter work ethic as well. The industry is evolving. Try keeping up with the time and trendies.

Excellent, absolutely enjoyed our stay. Friendly and very professional staff, Wonderful experience from check in , breakfast, massage, and ****tails to check out. Breathtaking beautiful rooms and environment. Would definitely recommend and will come again. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable.

What a disappointment. We have been staying at this place for the past 3 years for our anniversary. Upon arrival the atmosphere was different. Staff not as friendly as they use to be. Asked for a sandwich and was told its not breakfast time. After mentioning previous years they made us one. We realize staff is leaving and that might have been why they didnt want to make it. Website and confirmation mail about a generator and then we get told they only turn it on on demand and we only two couples so no need. Aircon in honeymoon suite not working and was told we need to wait till monday, only to discovery when we deiced to check out that the aircon has been an issue for more than a week. No contact before we arrive saying we wont have aircon or trying to find alternative solutions. Just let you stay in a room which feels like an oven! Another room was only offered after we packed our stuff. This is not a service and not what we paid for. Doors are busy falling apart, curtains is not on the rails, water taps running. What a disappointment to drive back hom at night and a special anniversary spoiled. Unfortunately, this place will not be seeing us again in the future

the staff were friendly and rooms and bathrooms clean. they advertise the pool is a constant 32 degrees but the water was cold and no one could swim. this was very sad for most of the guests and this is the reason we actually like to stay here. there was no stock for most of the ****tails on the menu which was very disappointing to many of the guests. thank you to the staff for trying their best

Hello Peter. I have a problem with the guest lodge that I booked in a month ago, Club Cocomo Guest house. My reservation was booked for the 01st - 03rd of October. During the month of August we had a funeral and I had to cancel all my bookings as I had to mourn with my family. The cancelation policy did mention that if I cancel less than a month they will charge me 50% which I don't mind as death was unforeseen. Now the guest house does not want to pay me the remaining fees. PLEASE HELP

Hello Peter. I have a problem with the guest lodge that I booked in a month ago, Club Cocomo Guest house. My reservation was booked for the 01st - 03rd of October. The director from Club Cocomo has contacted my agency for payment from April 2019. When asked about a voucher received from the agency I was told she was given it telephonically All they have is an email from one of our agents I asked how many times did they try and contact us for payment- I have had no reply to that This evening she posts on our Facebook page basically calling us thieves. We don't have the client any longer and had they followed up earlier perhaps we could have checked regarding the booking. I understand completely how frustrating it is to try and get money outstanding but we too have government agencies that owe us money and after numerous emails requesting to book if we don't follow up for payment or don't receive their POs which are essentially their " vouchers" we get no payment. No client will pay us a year later. Don't bad mouth anyone when you haven't done your job just to scare clients into payments Not on

this place is overrated , pool is not 32 degrees as advertised it was ice cold when I arrived. Owner not willing to fairly compensate, I enquired about heated pool before arriving no mention was made to me that pool under maintenance had I known I would of booked elsewhere, wasted my petrol and time going to that place where dogs bark and disturbs ones sleep, bedding/bed terrible inside rooms needs revamp, insects. mosquitos during winter appalling. This is definitely not a 4 star guest house, stars needs to be removed. Owner of place has no customer service experience at all, rude as ever
