Poor service delivery as promised in their brochure. We haven't had internet for the past 3 days till this day, and contacting them to raise such concerns is very difficult as our message has been ignored. For someone who works from home, it has been so hard to meet deadlines. Paying for wifi that hardly works as promised it's so disappointing. They created a WhatsApp platform that never resolves our queries.
Thembi one of Prime consultant, was very helpful and she also had a warm tone of voice and her manner of approach to my grievance was very professional. She was able to help me above and and beyond. Thank you🙏🏽
I am very disappointed as a paying client to be mistreated or being failed by this insurance to deliver their promised service. There's poor communication telephonically and via email. I have sent multiple emails asking for a simple document "Proof of Insurance Document". No one got back to me and its been a month, I tried follow-up emails but nothing. But on a monthly basis they are quick to debit their premium amount.

I would like to express how unprofessional the dealership is. I was ******* into purchasing a vehicle that had so many faults. The tyres ran out, the boot door doesn't hold when opened, and they promised to get me the sunroof blind. They have been quiet on me and do not even bother to meet me halfway. The car was due for service after a week of driving, I had to take the car for service and pay with my own cash. There are so many faults at this dealership.
I'm not happy with the service I received at Krugersdorp Fair price. I went there to layby a few items, but unfortunately, I was told I can't layby the items that are on promotion. That I understand, I asked if I could buy them all in cash, and the store keeps them for me until month end which will be convenient for me as I'll be moving into my new house. I was told that they will sell the stuff that I paid for, which is unfair to a paying customer. I then asked them to pay and bring my own transport to fetch my items. I was again told that I need to use their transport which is an additional cost.
Hyphen is one of the NDA distributors, which pays off all my account. It has been a year since I've been Debt Free. Today when I looked at my statement, it indicates that money has been debited by the HyphenPDA department. I am still in shock as to why, this might also jeopardize my credit score which I have worked hard for. I am not happy about the fact that they still have my bank details even if my account has been paid off and closed. This is very wrong. I feel abused.

I experienced a rocky journey and it was a struggle to get the clearance certificate. The communication is somehow poor. I am being honest, however, I´m glad I am Debt free!. Now the question is how long do I have to wait for my life to get back together. I´m getting rejected everywhere.
