Review your Staff etiquette & manners in hospitali
- Boat cruise date moved with notifying us. No calls that I missed or voicemail left to notify us of the switched dates.<br> - General unfriendliness and long faces of the staff members.<br> - No view of the dam. Long palm trees obstruct the dam, therefore don't make this a feature of your accommodation because its not<br> -.Staff chit chatting loud in the morning. We were rudely awaken by the staff generally chatting away loudly at 7am. This is one reason I will not come back or advise anyone to go to cocomo.<br> - The water from the taps is horrendous, no way is iit mentioned that it's advisable to bring your own drinking water, instead you are lured into buying they bottled water for R8 for 500ml. <br> - The spa looks nothing like whats in the pictures, it's gloomy and dark, the music was low that I couldn't really hear any of it. Not to mention the general unfriendliness of one of the ladies there. Who was pissed off because she had to stay in later to accommodate us, and this is after we had to move our time due to the boat cruise being scheduled on the same day.<br> <br> Overall experience at cocomo is 3/10. Dear Nthateng. Thank U for your communication. Will contact U directly to interpret/understand your cruise' date comment? Communication records prove cruise confirmed for Sat? Maybe U were perplexed with the dates as U initially wanted the spa for Sun? The morning of 14 Mar was chilly, windy, 4mm precipitation & unpleasant (Unfortunately the boat cruise is highly weather dependent). For your ultimate enjoyment, we delayed with 2 hours for the weather to augment. After numerous unsuccessful attempts of contacting U on 07* **** 795 (only number provided), Ericah DID notify U of the new time. Please note we don't advertise a dam view, focusing on the sandy beach theme courtyard as selling FEATURE. Apologies if U incorrectly assumed a dam view, kindly refer back to photos & room description sent with both enquiry & booking. Municipality water supply is unreliable; we use a borehole: tested annually as very safe (Lab tests results available). This is the 1st water complaint in 10 years? There was a 1.5 hour gap after cruise & before treatments? The staff matter was assigned to H.R for investigation. It will greatly help if U can identify the specific staff to address & offer feedback
