This has to be the worst courier service I've experienced. I was supposed to get my FNB card delivered sometime this week and I'm annoyed because I still don't have my card. -Your costumer service is a joke. The agent I spoke to couldn't commit or confirm a date of delivery. So there's a delivery window of 5 days, which is seriously ridiculous for a courier company. -Call center is a joke, I had to hold on for at least 30mins before getting assisted. -I don't have my card and there is no update what so ever from DSV regarding this. Do me a favor and just deliver my card to FNB Trade Route Mall, id rather make a trip to the mall and get it from the bank than have to deal with this kind of service.
Wonderful dealing with pre-authorisation agent Zandile who explained everything clearly regarding my babies birth authorisation and although i was in a panic when she said my case will be reviewed for authorisation, all went well (within 24 hours) Thanks Zandile and Dr Sinazo Mtimkulu.

I accidentally reverse the last debit order, once i got the explanation as to why the debit order went off i was then told to pay back the last installment along with a R12 fee.<br> I did so via EFT but MTN still went ahead and debited the very amount that i paid via EFT.<br> <br> Please refund me my money.<br>
I moved from contract to prepaid but my account is still being debited.<br> Please rectify this with immediate effect.
I'm just disappointed at Outsurance.<br> <br> Firstly you can never just call in an get a quotation, instead you are cornered into taking a policy. My policy didn't have all the extra's are asked for and the excess was almost double to what i'm currently paying at Momentum. They will give you low premiums but be careful because you will pay out of your butt come excess time.<br> I mean to replace a windscreen you will have to pay an excess of R3500, where is the sense in that.<br> I called to amend my policy and this was still not done satisfactorily.<br> Then the nightmare came when i had to cancel my policy, they make it almost impossible for you to cancel and the agents go out of their way to discredit other insurance companies. (Thats just low).<br> <br> Long story cut short always insist on a quotation if they try corner you into a policy then just simply hang up.<br> Never take a policy with Outsurnace because cancelling it is a nightmare. They will talk crap about other insurers just to keep you and you will definitely not get your R400 back.

I am so disappointed and agitated at the pace that Momentum is processing my claim. <br> This is the first time I've received such appalling service from the claims department in particular Quinton van Schalkwyk who is supposed to be processing my claim. I lodged a complaint more than two weeks ago about he's lack of response to my calls or emails. He called and I received no apology from him for he's lack of service regarding my claim. He then proceeded to arrange an inspection for me which I did the following day. <br> It's been more than a week now that I've been waiting for feedback on my claim and I haven't received any feedback what so ever. I've had enough of his pathetic service and would appreciate another consultant who is willing to assist me.<br> <br> HIGHLY DISSAPPONITED IN MOMENTUM.<br>
The management of Mugg and Bean is pathetic, i can't believe that after having great food and service, the manager went to reprimand the waiter in full view of the costumers.<br> all i did as a customer was ask for more sweet and yes the extra sweets were excessive but i didn't take all of them, the manager realized this and threw a fit.<br> Not only is this unprofessional as a manager but its embarrassing for me and the poor waiter.
