<p>Recently took my Isuzu to sort out some electrical problems. They immediately helped me out, fixed the problem while I waited, and the repair cost was much lower than expected! Friendly and efficient!</p> <p>I've since gone back for an aircon issue that I've had for a while - same thing, fast and friendly service. Cost was only a third of what another big chain car service center quoted me on for repairs.</p> <p>Very impressed, can't recommend them highly enough.</p>
<p>I've been an ADT client for about 4 years now - my experience with the armed response guys have always been fantastic. Quick, friendly, and alert.</p> <p>But my experience with the Adt Technical department has been consistently the <strong>worst quality of service I've experienced from a company.</strong></p> <p>On 7th of this month I've had an attempted break-in, called Adt to come take a look at the beams that were damaged during the attempt - technician left a note "All in order". It wasn't, still can't turn on the alarm without issue, and technician didn't even so much as call me / leave an sms / or even a quote to get it fixed. Yet still leaves an invoice for a call out charge when he doesn't do his job.</p> <p>I'm still waiting on a technician to come back to me on last month's (May) work that they also didn't finish. Again did not bother to contact me. This problem was identified in March already when I wanted to have my alarm tested before going on holiday - Again did half a job, didn't bother to make contact with me, then when I did ask them to come back, they don't show on the agreed date, but phone me a week later after I had already specified I wasn't available. When asked to test my alarm before going I'm met with a note that says "Could not test alarm client wasn't at home, domestic worker doesn't know the code. Invoice R540." Pick up the phone, you have my number.</p> <p>I'm so frustrated with Adt at this stage where I feel more resentment towards the technicians who were supposed to attend to my call than to the criminals who actually tried to break into my home.</p> <p>Your communication is terrible - All it would've taken to make me happy customer is for your technicians to pick up the phone and let me know how the situation stands, and advise me on how we procede further. Instead, I get multiple notes that they get the domestic worker to sign, they don't do what they are sent out to do, and charge a call out fee. I'm not paying for a call out fee for this quality of work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'd advise anyone to rather find an alternative service provider.</p>
