Pathetic Service from staff and the Dr made us follow the queue not once came out to assist my mum even though the receptionist was told she was unconscious before she was brought in and is currently hallucinating. Upon asking the receptionist the question, if she could tell the doctor my mum wasn't well at all, she said the doctor is aware and is moving fast. My mom's condition started getting worse after waiting for almost an hour, the receptionist went in told the doctor we fussing outside and the doctor instructed he can't see her talk her to the hospital. The receptionist mentioned the fees is R450 and if he sees her nothing much will be done he will stabilize her and that's it. Whilst being overwhelmed over the way the receptionist behaved yet I explained to her exactly what we was there she basically laughed at us and said we are uneducated hence this just made my entire family frustrated, she and the Dr is in the wrong field sad to say they mad a laughing stock of my mum who is now admitted in hospital in a diabetic coma. My mother is in this state because of the lack of communication between you and you wonderful receptionist. The pathetic and one star option is basically an understatement to put up. I guess it's only about the money for you and your staff.
