Disgustingly rude staff on duty today, and had the cheek to argue about my order they messed up. Realising they *****ed it up with the ladies order before me and spoke in their language about it while it happened and prior to handing it to me, i told them they did and they flat out denied it. Saw it, heard it and they thought i never knew. Said it twice that my order was messed up, and the man just smugly smiles at me and says no we didnt, repeatedly. I just walked off and left it at what it was, was too hungry and not going to subject myself to their level.
Bellville Furniture has a Facebook competition often and to enter you need to like, and share their post. I do every time. Their last competition i shared like crazy, hoping to win a beautiful L-shape couch. The final evening of the competition i shared quite a few more times and sent gifs and comments to be noticed, like every other person. The next day they only announced a winner, some one that i had not recognized as i had been following the competition each day. I then searched his name in their competition and it was not there. I stated in a comment that he was not following the rules of the competition and congratulated him too. Half an hour later they announced they picked the wrong winner and chose a lady that was vigorously commenting as i was on the final night and promptly blocked me off their fb page. Emailing them, i asked for a response, repeatedly being told they shall contact the people that run the page but with no further response. Just got told i was blocked due to not adhering to the page rules. What utter rubbish. Their attitude stinks and if its due to me calling out a false winner, are they upset due to actually having to spend money now on a prize to a deserving winner? This sort of service to a customer, now ex customer, is horrendous.
