Absolutely horrible service I really don't recommend these guys we took out a policy with them when purchasing our car we couldn't bring the car in for service during November so had to bring it in December for the final service under the policy and they rejected it saying the policy expired in November although it was stipulated to us that we still had one final service schedule left... I'm so gobsmacked by how horrible their service and policies are don't take out policy plans with these guys they are sharks and have no customer etiquette - wish I could give them negative stars because 1 star is way too generous

I placed a moving order on the 15th of January 2022 via moving@mweb.co.za For the last 2 days I have done nothing but sit on hold and waste over R100 on airtime waiting on hold to speak to somebody. I have received nothing but bad service and now I'm stuck at my new home with no internet and I work from home, the worst part is Mweb has the odasity to tell me that if I just want to cancel the whole contract I will still be billed for the month of January because I have to give 30 days notice but haven't received any internet services from them, the absolute nerve of these people, this needs to be heard and they need to start providing people with customer service and being more sufficient if they receive an order 2 weeks before a freeze period begins you would think they would get their act together and pre order and move these products before the time to ensure their customers can make use of the products. This has been very distasteful and I expect some form of reimbur*****t for wasting over R100 in airtime and for January as I am not receiving any services (Fibre internet) due to their lack of customer centricty. I have been treated with nothing but it's their way or or the highway (I will highly disregard using them at this point in time)
A call agent by the name of Tshepiso is rude and obnoxious and clearly gets a fill out of harrassing clients - The craziest part is on True Caller the incoming number is stipulated as harassments MBD. Tshepiso should be fired as she is the exact opposite of the face of the company , she is not professional and just confirms who you are and says you must pay the money today without stipulating the amount or anything. I am disgraced by the service MBD has to offer through this individual she should be removed from the business or taken off the phones. I can at least say a very big thank you to Natasha for being friendly and professional as well as informative over the phone with me. (Great Job Natasha)
They mess up a lot when the Dr's aren't there you have to pay cash for a Dr you have not seen before as there is no one else to see. Terrible place, full of entitled Dr's that think they can talk to patients and refuse their business as and when they please. I am glad that I convinced my family and friends that previously went there to stop going there and I encourage anyone else to not either as they are very robotic and don't seem to care much for you but more your money.
<p>Hi My Name is Bradley Crator</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had the worst experience with this company TWICE!!!</p> <p>I highly recommend not using their service as well as leaving their service , they need to burn to the ground.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have two stories to tell you all ,first I had a beautiful White 2009 Fiat Stilo @ the value of R60 000 second hand with only 60 000kms - 70 000kms I had it for a few months and was insured with Miway , long story short the tyre burst and the car swerved and I was not fast enough to stop it from smacking into a pole on July 2016. The damage was easily fixable but apparently it was written off , MIWAY only paid out R 40 000 to the bank and I was left with the other R 20 000 to pay. and to find out a few weeks later that a gentleman and purchased the car and got my details from the service book. Showed me the picture of the car in happy condition , I still have them if anyone is interested to see.</p> <p> </p> <p>Story 2 : A year later 2017 , I have had my Hyundai tiburon for a long time a year to be exact.</p> <p>I got an unexpected call from MIWAY which convinced me to change back to them after I clearly stated and ensured via recorded telephone call a promise form them that it would never happen again.</p> <p>I was teaching my Fiance how to drive on the weekend of the 11th June, she lost control of the car and breaked really hard swerved and smacked into another vehicle. ontop of this I have receieved the most horrible experience for a second time first I am told the car is written off , yet I am still driving it to this day!</p> <p> </p> <p>They told me the quote they received fromt the assesment centre was to high and they marked the car as written off yet I am the one that drove the car to the centre , I did the Assesors (Wayne Erasmus) job for him by sourcing parts and getting a quote 60 % cheaper than the one they had recieved.</p> <p>Yet they then said okay send it to us and they sure they can get it fixed , now to top things off they said they did "Risk Caculations" and found it was too much of a risk to fix the vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>Help me spread the word about the kind of sharks that they are please find new insurance companies or never join them thank you.</p> <p> </p>
