Possible scam website

I ordered and paid for solar batteries in December 2021 and to date I have not received the goods and the number listed on their website, as well as the email address used to send me the invoice, do not respond to any of my calls and emails. I suspect that it might be a scam. The website www.solarbatteryexperts.co.za is operated in South Africa.
