On the sign on the gate and also on google maps itself it states that this company closes at 17h. Came there about 16:33, the gate still being open, so I drive in. Then first the one worker shows that they are closed, and then he says that I can come though. So I stop, someone that doesn't even work there helps to offload my s**** out of the car, as all the workers is just standing there looking. Then one of the other workers come to take the s**** to be checked and weighted. The guy in office, André, then asks very rudely for my ID. He doesn't even greet. After being helped, while waiting for my money, André goes off towards that worked from out of the office, where I stand and hear everything, about them helping me. André tells that guy very rudely that if he says they close, then they close, and he doesn't want a customer there again by that time. I view it as completely unprofessional to go off towards a worker like that infront of a customer. And it feels like he was hinting towards me, trying to indirectly tell me that I mustn't come there again by that time or I must go, and I'm not happy with that at all. And it's not the first time that I was treated this badly by him. When he got my money ready he basically threw it into the drawer from where I can take my money and told me to go now I'm not at all happy with the way that I was treated both directly and indirectly. With that attitude it seems like they don't want business. If he's the owner then he's got to change his attitude towards customers if he wants to stay in business. But if he's not the owner, then the owner must step up and sort things out there. I will rather drive more petrol out to another place, then to support them ever again. They must remember the saying of "word of mouth..."
Their cancelation policy says that it will take 20 bussiness days for cancelation to be done. But they took more than 30 bussiness days to cancel my contract, so they charged me an extra whole month. Plus they said because my contract is less than a year, and so is still active, they wil charge 3 times monthly fee for early cancelation, but npw charged 4 times monthly fee! How the hell does that work?! Rather save money and buy your own ecuipment for gymming at home... Will never again join virgin active!
I went to Fanhof post office the first time earlier this week to go renewy drivers lisence after the owner of the car got the message and then forwarded it to me, which stated clearly that you must jist represend the ref nr to get ypur lisence renewed, but then I was told by one of Defensor security that I need to fill in the form to do it, after they weren't even there when I entered in the first place. So I now came back today along with the owner. In the first place the security guard didn't even have a mask on his face properly. It was dangling on his chin. And then he went and stood so close toother people, almost directly against them. And then when we eventually got inside I was told to wait outside, while I standing at that spot first, long before the other person came to stand there as well, but nothing was told to that person... And the securoty was quote rude both times. I'm not at all happy with the way that I was treated...
One the best restaurants and take away shops I've ever been too!! I've bought take aways twice there, and every time, it's really great service and great delicious aromatic food! I'll recommend anyone that likes Indian cuisine to go there, it's really to die for! There situated at Preller Plein in Bloemfontein, accross from Wimpy Preller Plein's new location.
Complaint about Pick n Pay Northridge!! I was there today (23 June 2019) at 11:09, shopping for some things that I needed and wanted. Went through to the till, everything was still smooth, until I asked for the Pick n Pay Cricket cards, as I had spend R150, then the cashier Molelekeng Mbena (the name on her name badge said Julia) got all rude and said that I it didn't show on the system that I qualified for one. It then angered me completely as I didn't ask for her to be rude, so she tried to check on the slip where it shows if I qualified for anything, but she didn't even know where to check, then I had to show her that I did qualify on the slip, but argued and said that the system showed nothing. I then asked for the manager, and she quickly gave a card, I then had too ask again for the manager, and showed him as he slowly approached with a attitude like he doesn't want to work. So I explained to him what happened and again she got rude and sarcastic that she did give me the card and the system didn't show that I qualified. The manager stood there silently, he didn't reprimand her, he just calmed, so that angered me more, because how can he be a manager, if he can't even control his staff... I called the shop twice afterwards but nobody answered, so seems like nobody there wants to work... It's the worst I've ever been treated as a customer anywhere!!
<p>I've eaten quite a few times at Milwaukee Spur where I could hear loud and clearly how the operator was swearing at waiters and the staff, close to where us customers is sitting, and if u can't hear it then u can see it. How can u let ur head manager be like that, and treat the staff and waiters like that in front of customers. This is not how we used to know spur, and if this continue to happen then we won't be eating there ever again...</p>
