Good day, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the service provided by one of your staff members, Mrs. Botha. My recent interaction with Mrs. Botha left much to be desired, as I experienced what I can only describe as rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. On calling to query a certain account, it was made known that there was a discrepancy or lack of communication between Schulenburg Attorneys and Torga Optical. During a phone call to inquire about a particular account, it became apparent that there was a discrepancy or misunderstanding between Schulenburg Attorneys and Torga Optical. Torga Optical confirmed that the outstanding payment was less than what Schulenburg Attorneys claimed, and they also clarified that they are not affiliated with Schulenburg Attorneys in any way. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, Mrs. Botha repeatedly interrupted me and failed to allow me to express my concerns fully. Even after politely requesting her to allow me to speak, she continued to talk over me and engaged in conversations with her colleagues in the background, which I could clearly hear. Furthermore, Mrs. Botha threatened to proceed with legal action without adequately addressing the issue at hand and abruptly ended the call. This level of customer service is unacceptable, particularly considering that I work in a customer service-oriented industry myself. It is clear that there was a breakdown in communication between Schulenburg Attorneys and Torga Optical, and it is imperative that this matter be resolved promptly and professionally. I want to reiterate that Torga Optical has confirmed that they are not associated with Schulenburg Attorneys and that any outstanding payments have been settled. However, if this issue persists or is not addressed satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities, including the Ombudsman.
<p>Your client drove into my car in January 2017 and admitted fault on his side. </p> <p>It took me 2 emails and dozens of phonecalls to get hold of the correct person assigned to my claim from Santam. After 1 month of continously trying, I eventually managed to get hold of someone.</p> <p>I was forwarded the necessary claim procedure documents and instructed to complete it and email it back to him as well as the "Documents" department. 1st original email was sent 8th March 2017. I received am email back stating they had registered my email as a "Third Party". I heard nothing within 2 weeks and sent another 3 emails to Santam over a period of 2 months requesting that someone get back to me!!</p> <p>Ive been told they cannot see the documents online, but if that were the case then why did I receive 3 reply back emails stating my claim has been registered as 3rd party!!!!</p> <p>Its been 4 months since I've 1st contacted Santam and still nothing has been done about the damages!!</p> <p>This Insurance and service I have been receiving is pathetic!! </p> <p>Everytime I call in and manage to talk to someone rearding the claim NO-ONE CALLS ME BACK!!</p> <p>I want this sorted out!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
