Bad driver
The person who is driving a car with this no plate CAA163181 almost knocked me as he drove in a red robot. I had to swerve to protect myself though I had a right of way. Please find him. He was driving on M3/4 between Muizenberg and Lakeside just fewinutes after 8pm this evening.

Uber fails to help me get my phone back
<p>Greetings</p> <p><br />I accidentally left my phone in the uber car on Friday night from Belville to Kuilsriver. Two minutes later after realising that my phone was left there, I immediately contacted it and was not answered, I then checked my whatsapp last seen using my friends phone and I noticed that my whatsapp was accessed, thats when I knew that the driver took and used my phone because it was 2 minutes after he dropped me.</p> <p>I then checked my emails to see the uber message so that I could get his details only to find out that message was deleted too therefore I couldnt track him at all. I sent messages to uber via Facebook and twitter to request for help as I could not do anything but they kept on referring me to the website which requires a pin code that goes straight to the lost phone. I ended up asking them to check all the drivers that were transporting people from Kuilsriver to Belville on Friday at that particular time just to contact them immediately because at that stage my phone was still ringing but they failed to do so even to provide me with their contact details such as telephone number address and email address. Later they sent me an alert email address and and address but still they ignored my request of contacting the driver so that he could return my phone. Now my phone is switched off.</p> <p>Please advise as uber decided to ignore me. I just want justice now because the way they have handled my case is extremely disappointing, its clear that they do not take their clients seriously but only care about money because Im sure if i didnt pay, they would have contacted me immediately.</p>
