Excellent Payroll Platform
Implementing payroll software transformed our business operations. They pocket your ad budgets and outsource to India! Biggest scam artists ever!
- They provide marketing services to SA businesses but outsource their work to agents in India or somewhere who have no clue about how to market to SA. - This caused our results to be very low and when we complained about this, they did nothing to fix it, only suggesting we put more ads in place and spend more money on setting up new ads. - When we investigated their progress on Adwords and Facebook, it proved our theory; they hardly touched our account! When we took over our own Adwords and Facebook account, our traffic and leads increased by 3 times more in the first month...and they call themselves professionals.... Besides this, they were pocketing our ad budgets, billing us in advance and then not using up the budgets! Only after confrontation, we were refunded our unused ad spend but had we not realized this, they would have continued to pocket this so who knows how many of their clients are cheated in this way. - They caused us to lose traffic to our website and incoming leads. When we asked them to refund us for some of the work we felt they didn't do, they refused to pay us back. - Overall, they are very unprofessional and have a complete disregard for keeping clients happy, even on directors level.
