I am insured through a broker named Alonza investments, the policy is underwritten by Genric insurance, when I had a claim, an assessor from Wilco was sent to assess and adjust, his name is Jan Willemse, this gentleman was absolutely professional, punctual, reassuring and completely upfront about everything. In the end, my claim has been processed and I am so grateful for the effective service, if I were Jan I would have flipped myself off a long time ago, there were some complications in the claim due to my own errors but this was all sorted out and Jan had been an absolute legend throughout. I just had to thank all three companies involved as they have turned my frown upside down :-)
I had a claim after being burgled(through my broker but underwritten by Genric) I ticked some wrong boxes on the paperwork on the address change, realised this and immediately contacted my broker and explained it to the assessor handling my claim. My case was obviously reviewed by the insurer and ultimately, processed. So happy my stuff is getting replaced despite my ignorance with regards to my policy, thumbs up Genric, the way I understand things work after a lot of internet research in my time of peril, insurers normally reject claims if they have any grounds at all, this was not the case here and I am obviously insured by people who listen and understand, thanks guys!!!
I was burgled a little while back, as it happens I only requested an address change the day before the incident, so this had not been entered into system, I also(like an idiot)incorrectly filled in the documentation, despite this the broker came through for me and even though I was being the wrongfully irate customer still managed to sort everything out in a professional and efficient manner. Thanks to Samantha and Eunice!!!
