I for the last 15 years and counting had the pleasure of working with Alonza Investments, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Stephen, Tish, and the entire team provided exceptional, honest service throughout the entire process. Their transparency and commitment to integrity made a significant difference, and their professionalism ensured that all my concerns were addressed promptly. and Yes i have made many claims. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable investment firm, Alonza Investments is the way to go.

I was with this insurance for over a year. I lost my laptop and specticles. Reported the matter to the police to get a case number. Logged a complaint with Alonza. Was requested to get a letter from my medical aid stating that i will not not claim my glasses from them. This item was a specified item on my insurance policy. I was then made out to be a criminal where i had Private investigators investigating my claim for a small value. I have since cancelled my insurance and been shoved from pillar to post to cancel my policy. Written confirmation was provided by Pierre Grobbelar stating he will have the insurance policy cancelled. They have since deducted every month my policy even though a letter was sent requesting to cancel this policy and written confirmation sent stating it will be cancelled. Today i was deducted 3 months worth of insurance cover. THIS IS THE MOST USELESS PATHETIC INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Asked for insurance quote for vehicle nearly 3 weeks ago and still to date have not received any quote or communication despite me mentioning it is ASAP. Can’t imagine how long you’d wait for correspondence if a claim is requested. Stay away, pay the extra R100 or so with a reputable insurance company. Dealt with Pierre Grobbelaar, sorry let me rephrase that.... didn’t deal with his lack of anything actually. USELESS!

I was burgled a little while back, as it happens I only requested an address change the day before the incident, so this had not been entered into system, I also(like an idiot)incorrectly filled in the documentation, despite this the broker came through for me and even though I was being the wrongfully irate customer still managed to sort everything out in a professional and efficient manner. Thanks to Samantha and Eunice!!!

According to their website, Alonza Investments pride themselves on \exceptional customer service""; but I have seen or experienced nothing of the sort since a claim on 9 June - only the second claim in 12 years. I am either getting ambiguous feedback or none at all. The portfolio manager; Jenny Cardoso; has promised me [on 7 July] feedback after a meeting with their director but then I received an email from the claims clerk [8 July]; to which I had more questions but still [again!] no feedback. Alonza has either misinformed us; or did not inform us at all; about certain aspects [and exclusions] of our policy. Also they have moved over to a new insurer on 1 July; of which we were not informed - they are also not able to provide proof. I have been asking for a new policy schedule to which they continuously have an excuse. I have valid questions;to which they are not providing answers - are they hiding something or what is the reason??<br> PS. I have - and still am - insisting on written feedback and DO NOT want to receive a phone call."""
