I was burgled a little while back, as it happens I only requested an address change the day before the incident, so this had not been entered into system, I also(like an idiot)incorrectly filled in the documentation, despite this the broker came through for me and even though I was being the wrongfully irate customer still managed to sort everything out in a professional and efficient manner.
