I am highly frustrated with Telkom, more signal service since the 27th of March. 80% of the areas I travel in daily I don't have any signal. When calling the call centre, they are constantly experiencing a high call volume, and nobody can wait an hour on the phone, hoping someone will answer! This is pathetic! Lot's of complaints all over the net about their service, not even their social media platforms chat lines reply to your query! Thinking of cancelling my contract!!
