I’ve had so many bad experiences with Uber Eats, I’ve finally had enough *********** drivers to useless support staff. It’s about time we boycotted them.
Appalling service. Customer support is non existent. Yaga holds onto your money for as long as possible without refunding even after requesting cancellation after order not received. Buyer Protection Fee is a **** as nothing is done to protect the buyer.

Appalling service from Yaga. The buyer protection fee is a complete ****. Any issues regarding a sale, must be resolved between the buyer and seller without any assistance from Yaga. I am currently trying to get a refund from Yaga for an item I returned to the seller, but I have not received any help from Yaga who is holding my money in escrow. I don’t understand the point of the buyer protection fee if your purchase is not protected.
Food was 30 minutes late, driver got lost in Edenvale. Food was spilled in the package almost as if he’d dropped it .. all I got was ‘sorry for your bad experience’

I was debited twice for an order. I had to reverse the charge but was charged bank charges for the reversal. I have submitted a complaint with Uber Eats but have not received a response. The standard ‘bot’ reply is that they will respond when they have an agent available. It been more than 24 hours. Are there that many complaints that they don’t have agents available??
Poor customer service, promo codes that don’t work, no reply to emails. Customer service agent S. Mfundo requires further training in customer care
