Worst Customer Service i have ever encountered
My account was somehow blocked, for numerous failed attempts, which i did not make, so i contacted them to help assist to unblock my account, however i was spoke to a very unhelpful agent, then i requested to speak to a manger, by the name of Vuyo, who was even more unhelpful, and more so rude. Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced, they should be ashamed for 2 such people working for them.

Container Scam
We were looking for containers and they came up, so knowing about all the container scams happening, i opted to go and check the container before we paid, we were provided with an address to an actual container yard, so i decided to investigate a bit further, as we were told that is where they store their containers, so i proceeded to speak to the manager of the container yard, only to be told that company uses their address as their container depot, but they are in fact a scam. Please beware of these container scammers, it is a massive scam and you can be caught. Good for us that i was well aware of all the scams going on with containers. Before you pay, make sure you have seen it and have paperwork. thanks

Atrocious Service
Disgusting Service, they should be ashamed of themselves. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. and definitely the last time they will ever see my business.

Horrific Service
<p>From the beginning of the last shipment it has been nothing but terrible serive, they didnt collect when they were suppose to, i asked for overnight it was not delivered, and i cannot get feedback, i just get "ill call you back' which never happens. Absolutely sick of it.</p>
