I have tried to write a review fro BobsBasket before but it was taken down due to me making derogatory comments so all I will say is the short story.....that I attempted to buy a Dyson fan from them . Paid for it which was acknowledged waited and waited for it. It never arrived even though telephonically it was on its way. Asked for a refund which was also and that has not arrived either. In my opinion I would recommend to anyone out there not to use this company and it’s a shame I have to give even one star on this review.

BAD service from BobsBasket
I placed an order on the 14th April for a Dyson Fan and the delievery was stated as the 20th April. That day came and went so I phoned them (as the online tracking system said it was still processing)I was told it would be a couple more days which was no problem. That day also came and went. On all occassions the phone was answered by two different ladies. This happened another couple of times and was then finally promised that it was absolutely and definitely arriving that day(the 29th) and although they didn't have any tracking details they knew it was coming via Aramex and would arrive with me between 2 and 5pm. Of course it never arrived.....just more lies! I wrote to them the following day and asked for a refund and told them I would take legal action if they didnt refund me. I was sent an immediate reply and assured that my refund would be processed within 24 hours, followed by another email the following day from the other lady showing that on the website it had now been refunded and the process could take up to 3 working days to reflect in my account. I am still waiting on day 4! I have now written to them again and threatened them again. This company is clearly totally unethical and a scam.
