Useless courier. Order been sitting in same place for 3 days. The tracking app just shows parcel on its way to next location for 3 days. Contacting them is a waste of time. They do not respond.
I placed an order on 28th March and the app tells me it would be delivered on 3 April. It is now the 6th of April and no delivery. They sent me a tracking code with DPD couriers. The courier responds the the delivery is on its way to the next destination. The courier company don’t respond to my contact with them. Pnp also has not responded to repeated queries.
Paid eft for stock and never received the goods. Promises of refund never materialized.
