I'm so disgusted with the service I recieved from this company. I've been communicating with a sales Consultant Samantha about a fridge, received an invoice via whatapp on the 20th March 2022 was promised delivery from 11:30 -12:00 it was past 12 made contact with her again I was told to be patient the driver is on his way. 2more hours passed and still no sign of the driver. Enquired again, I was told the driver went off root. Monday morning I was told to expect delivery @ 10:00, told them about their unprofessionalism and requested a refund. Was told a refund will only be done on Tuesday. Today I called was told that I was undercharged for the item after I made payment according to the invoice and that they would not deliver the item even though the item is priced @ the exact same amount I've paid on their catalogue. I spoke to Samatha about a refund and and said I should open up a case as Patrick is giving her the run around too. My boyfriend attempted to get a refund out of Patrick the manager be he just sent him another catalog n asked that he take another fridge, we then opted for something less then amount paid and requested delivery today as well as a refund when Patrick just blocked him. When my boyfriend called him he just said **** you then dropped the call. I then decided to involve authorities as this man refused us a refund. I informed my bank and logged a fraud case, sent Patrick a message requesting a refund again so to avoid further escalation but he just blue ticked me. He is unbothered and uncooperative. Will be heading to my local police station to open up a case.
