These are ****mers.They don't even deserve a star.their customer service is shocking, very dismal. They don't want to refund me my money. I bought a washing machine from them and now they are charging me extra for delivery. I asked them about the delivery and they told me it's R250.00.i paid that together with the washing machine amount and was promised delivery on Sunday.which never happened and there was no communication until Monday morning again I had to follow up with them. Only to be told that I need to pay an extra R300 because the driver said it's too far. And now they say they don't do refunds ,yet nowhere it states that they don't do refunds. I have asked for their address so i can organize my own collection,and they don't want to give it to out.They are blatantly ignoring my calls.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!They are ****MERS.

FRAUDSTERS!!!!!!
SCAMMERS Do not pay these guys any Money they come across as a legit shop but they do not have anything will not deliver. They are rash to do invoices and hog you for cash, the one called Patrick is using a fake ID to say he isn’t a “scammer” he claims to be the boss. They are just dribbling people. Please do not get scammed by this Thipe oke

SCAMMERS Do not pay these guys any Money they come across as a legit shop but they do not have anything will not deliver. They are rash to do invoices and hog you for cash, the one called Patrick is using a fake ID to say he isn’t a “scammer” he claims to be the boss. They are just dribbling people. Please do not get scammed by this Thipe oke

Fridge Scammers
I bought a fridge from them for R3099 that has never been delivered The Lady there is Praise Muvango she had made all kinds of promises and she does not answer any requests I don’t know what to do I am a pensioner and she has stolen my money Can any body help

Boksburg Appliance Fraudsters
I'm so disgusted with the service I recieved from this company. I've been communicating with a sales Consultant Samantha about a fridge, received an invoice via whatapp on the 20th March 2022 was promised delivery from 11:30 -12:00 it was past 12 made contact with her again I was told to be patient the driver is on his way. 2more hours passed and still no sign of the driver. Enquired again, I was told the driver went off root. Monday morning I was told to expect delivery @ 10:00, told them about their unprofessionalism and requested a refund. Was told a refund will only be done on Tuesday. Today I called was told that I was undercharged for the item after I made payment according to the invoice and that they would not deliver the item even though the item is priced @ the exact same amount I've paid on their catalogue. I spoke to Samatha about a refund and and said I should open up a case as Patrick is giving her the run around too. My boyfriend attempted to get a refund out of Patrick the manager be he just sent him another catalog n asked that he take another fridge, we then opted for something less then amount paid and requested delivery today as well as a refund when Patrick just blocked him. When my boyfriend called him he just said **** you then dropped the call. I then decided to involve authorities as this man refused us a refund. I informed my bank and logged a fraud case, sent Patrick a message requesting a refund again so to avoid further escalation but he just blue ticked me. He is unbothered and uncooperative. Will be heading to my local police station to open up a case.

Boksburg Appliances SCAMMERS
I would like to warn people about a " Boksburg Appliances" claiming to be situated at 75 Olivia Road, Eveleigh, Boksburg. They advertise mostly on Facebook Market Place and Gumtree, they sell dented and repossessed appliances. They scammed me R2200 last week on Friday. This Guy named Thibela who says his the owner was so rude after all payments were made, when I needed clarity of delivery he kept on dropping my calls and blue ticking on Whatsapp. They use 0112197243 as their landline number and boksburgappliances3@gmail.com as their email. Anyone who can assist in the process of getting my money back please comment. We even went on the claimed address there's no shop. Sometimes they advertise as they are based in Kempton Park, very convincing and professional until money is transferred. Be warned people.

Hello Peter, I am honesty shattered with the experience I had with these people. I came across their business on Facebook Market as I was looking for a fridge. I was impressed with their fridge and i replied on their page. They gave me a whatsapp number to chat, and they gave information with their company and what they are selling and their prices. I asked relevant question for 3 weeks since I had no money with me to purchase the fridge. On the 26th Feb, I purchased the fridge and same day delivery was promised. I was even concerned since it was weekend and on their Business profile, it says they are closed and they said its only for walkins. I paid an R1850.00 for the fridge plus R250 for delivery as they said. Proof of payment was sent to me, after I was promised to the fridge the same day. Later during the day, I sent the guy that I have been talking to, which is Patrick by name and he ignored my texts. Came Sunday morning, I ask if they are going to deliver the fridge today and he ignored the text, started pastering him with calls, that's when he replied and said I will get the fridge tomorrow morning. Monday came, I called their office line, and the guy Patrick was so rude and impatient with me. He just told to send him a text on Whatsapp, than he will know me. I sent him a text , didnt reply had to call him again and he was like oh you will get at 11am. I waited the whole day, no delivery was made. Today, tuesday 01 March. I sent him a text in the morning, no reply was made. And after sending him a long text about his incompetence and unreliability, thats when he replied and told me to send another R250 for delivery which was never communicated with me from on set. I told him the drivers, will get it on delivery, but he said thats not how it works. These people are rude, miscommunicate with their clients and sells us information that is not there. Very unreliable and they are not to be trusted. I am honestly hurt by such behavior and encounter I have received. They are incompetence, very unreliable, rude, not to be trusted, make fun of their clients. They dont know customer service and dont know how to work with people.
