These are ****mers.They don't even deserve a star.their customer service is shocking, very dismal. They don't want to refund me my money. I bought a washing machine from them and now they are charging me extra for delivery. I asked them about the delivery and they told me it's R250.00.i paid that together with the washing machine amount and was promised delivery on Sunday.which never happened and there was no communication until Monday morning again I had to follow up with them. Only to be told that I need to pay an extra R300 because the driver said it's too far. And now they say they don't do refunds ,yet nowhere it states that they don't do refunds. I have asked for their address so i can organize my own collection,and they don't want to give it to out.They are blatantly ignoring my calls.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!They are ****MERS.

Very bad service I experienced from the lady at the till and other petrol attendants. I think they need to be taught how to read bank transactions. I had R171 in my account and asked the attendant to put fuel worth R170. Which he did. My card declined ,but when I checked on my bank app the transaction went through. He did another swipe and it declined again. And he said I must withdraw funds and pay cash.how can I withdraw yet the funds have already gone out.i got an sms from the bank stating that fuel has been purchased at Engen.i showed them that sms and the bank transaction statement from the app but they all said I don't have funds.and they told me the funds will be automatically reversed then I can come back and pay.i left my personal car staff with them as assurance that I will come back.i called my bank and unfortunately their system was down so they couldn't help me.the staff at the garage were so rude to me and said that I knew I had no funds but still came to buy fuel.the attendant did 2 more swipes which I told him that I will be charged for declining payments if he did that but he was Thomas and wanted to see himself. The next morning I saw that the money had been reversed ,and the bank took off those charges for declined payments which left my card with R161. I went to the garage and told them I am going to pay R160 and they will cover the balance because I was getting charged each time they continued to swipe my card and getting declined. The staff especially the lady at the till made me look like I always go to the garages and buy fuel and not pay for it.i always buy fuel at that garage and most of the times I tip the attendants, so ungrateful of them. The polite attendant who helped me was apparently off and will be back a week. They are so unreasonable. So rude.
Showmax are scammers. They let you take you the 14 day trial, and without notification they they just do a debit order without my consent, and without my feedback on the trial. I stopped watching it a day before the trial ended but I got billed. This is so unfair and unprofessional. And the customer care are so rude. I will not advise anyone to take the 14 day trial. There is no option to cancel. It's a mission to get assistance.
