Hello Peter, I am honesty shattered with the experience I had with these people. I came across their business on Facebook Market as I was looking for a fridge. I was impressed with their fridge and i replied on their page. They gave me a whatsapp number to chat, and they gave information with their company and what they are selling and their prices. I asked relevant question for 3 weeks since I had no money with me to purchase the fridge. On the 26th Feb, I purchased the fridge and same day delivery was promised. I was even concerned since it was weekend and on their Business profile, it says they are closed and they said its only for walkins. I paid an R1850.00 for the fridge plus R250 for delivery as they said. Proof of payment was sent to me, after I was promised to the fridge the same day. Later during the day, I sent the guy that I have been talking to, which is Patrick by name and he ignored my texts. Came Sunday morning, I ask if they are going to deliver the fridge today and he ignored the text, started pastering him with calls, that's when he replied and said I will get the fridge tomorrow morning. Monday came, I called their office line, and the guy Patrick was so rude and impatient with me. He just told to send him a text on Whatsapp, than he will know me. I sent him a text , didnt reply had to call him again and he was like oh you will get at 11am. I waited the whole day, no delivery was made. Today, tuesday 01 March. I sent him a text in the morning, no reply was made. And after sending him a long text about his incompetence and unreliability, thats when he replied and told me to send another R250 for delivery which was never communicated with me from on set. I told him the drivers, will get it on delivery, but he said thats not how it works. These people are rude, miscommunicate with their clients and sells us information that is not there. Very unreliable and they are not to be trusted. I am honestly hurt by such behavior and encounter I have received. They are incompetence, very unreliable, rude, not to be trusted, make fun of their clients. They dont know customer service and dont know how to work with people.
