I needed a used Atlas desperately and found it on Fact & Fiction. I've never used the website and didn't see any reviews on line. I decided to take a chance and the Atlas and another book were delivered along with a cute thank you card from Debby, Daniel and Martin. Thank you for the swift delivery and professional service. Love the card with a bird on it. I picked up bird watching a month ago so I noticed❤️. To everyone else, Fact & Fiction is definitely legit😊
I just had a wonderful experience with Brandon from Bonitas. I got a text saying I'm owing membership fees. Turns out the issue is the employer. I loved the manner in which my query was handled and the clarity I was given. Such a lovely consultant. All the best for the festive season!
Its always a pleasure dealing with Budget insurance. They cut my excess from R9300 to R4300. They also reduced my insurance premiums and I was able to add on tyre and rim, shortfall cover and accidental injuries cover all for around R2100 inclusive of my car insurance. I was with their sister brand and was covered for R2100 without any extra cover and had excess of R9300 and moved to Budget in September I think. First car buyer of 2024 in her 30s. I'm so glad I switched. Whenever I'd have road rage I'd remember my excess fee of R9300 and I'd calm down immediately and let other drivers bully me. Now I can finally give them a piece of my mind lol! I can afford the excess. No, I won't be reckless guys but my dignity must be protected hau! The consultants always give great advice and they are literally trying to just help you make sure your asset is safe as much as they also have quotas to meet. I'm gona stick to them and possibly consider life insurance as well. Whenever I call they answer and get to it! Thanks so much Nkhanyiseni! I forgot the names of the other ladies who have assisted in the last few months but they know themselves and the caliber of service they deliver❤️
Everytime I engage with Dial Direct my queries are sorted. A few weeks ago I got a reduction and today I had to cancel. I got a cheaper quote but I love that with both requests I was assisted promptly and got my confirmation letters quickly. It bitter sweet. I will be back one day guys dont worry!
I have been using My Runway since 2017 and have been happy with their service since then. It's been consistent. I have had a few let downs by the couriers which is not the fault of My Runway. And I have had issues with missing items twice. And each time the issue was resolved. There were a few times where I was sent the I correct items but I'm a pretty understanding consumer so I did not throw my toys out of the cot. I reported it and it was escalated, I opted not to exchange but wanted to raise awareness about this issue. I will highlight the one issue with the courier: I found myself filing a huge comaint against a courier driver in 2020. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had the guts to tell me he didn't understand what kind of client I was. I did not receive an sms from My Runway or the courier that the parcel was out for delivery that day, I did not receive a call nor did he hoot outside my gate. Everyone was home. Even the dog which monitored the gate and made noise whenever there was a person outside the yard. I opted to then meet him in town to collect my order as I wanted to make sure he met his delivery targets and he called me while I was getting ready to leave and told me the nonsense I highlighted above. I reported the matter to My Runway and the courier company and he was not allowed to deliver to my address. He did deliver once more but I was happy with the fact that My Runway stepped up for me. The next issue involved a night gown I had ordered from the woolworths collection. I received a pyjama top of the same design. I was frustrated, but it was resolved quickly. The next time I ordered a True Religion denim skirt and a pair of jeans. They were super small. It was due to the euro sizing. My Runway got me the correct sizes. Recently I bought Miladys pyjamas and received only the top, no trousers. And again My Runway sorted it out through Carla. I've dealt with her many times before but I don't remember on which instances exactly, and she got me a refund for the pj's as there was no size for me. She kept me informed throughout, even during the public holiday this month. I called My Runway again with a small issue where I was not home to receive a delivery and she called the courier to deliver after work. I love My Runway because of the quality of the goods, the prices and the service. My closet is so full of things. Clothes, jewellery, bags, shoes, make up, fine fragrances... I'm sorted and so is my family. And everything was for next to nothing! Even my partner says that he doesn't have to worry about clothes "because someone is always monitoring My Runaway"😂 Its so just convenient using this site especially for someone who works from 08:00 to 16:30 and cannot go up and down at the mall. I shop exclusively online and my first stop is My Runway. I always have to compare prices from other online stores to My Runway. I have had orders shipped to family all around SA as gifts, from Limpopo to Mpumalanga and Gauteng. Anything is possible. It's just convenient and affordable. It also helps that the staff is hands on. From Carla to Kira and the other ladies that have been there to pick up my calls for tracking and follow ups, this company has been amazing! I even have another order pending right now lol. Yes, I'm hooked! I got an email that this order will be late, but it's no issue for me. I'm patient. I also have to interface with clients daily as I operate in a legal space, so I understand the queries and calls that flood in all day everyday. Let's be understanding and kind. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Simba, Chantal, Carryn and Sino from SACOB and Betty and Ramongalo from Chartsec. They are very responsive and helpful. At this point I don't even contact the relevant department I just contact Simba whenever I have any issues and he refers the matter to thw relevant persons. They literally respond withing minutes! I look forward to completing my degree with SACOB. They are very helpful and transparent with each step!
I sent my mom a parcel last week at Pep Home Highveld Mall (witbank) . The lady asked what was in my parcel and I said some perfumes and nail things. My mom called me today (panicked) telling me that the parcel had holes in it. In the parcel I had packed the nail decor things in a plastic bag which was placed in a Pep plastic bag, and then I had a laptop bag with perfumes in it. They were very expensive perfumes but I bubble wrapped them after removing them from their boxes to save space. The parcel had peep-holes and the bag's zipper had been opened! My mom said that even the pep plastic with the nail things had a peep-hole and so did the other plastic that actually contained the nail things. The Pep Cell at Mokopane say the bag arrived like that and asked my mom to call me to verify what I had sent. I've used Paxi many, many, many times but I will never use it again. I could've lost those perfumes, the nail things I'd been ordering from China (for months!) and the Forever New dress I bought for my mom to wear at my graduation this year. I even used big Paxi bag to ensure that it doesn't pop. Yah neh! Never again. I believe the people that have lost things. A relative bought be a gift and wants to send it via Paxi, I'm gona ask them to use something else!
1 star is too much. I received a text that said that Ben G had my parcel and it would be delivered. He didn't show up. He didn't call. I googled Dawn Wing and saw the negative reviews and then started to worry. The next morning I called at 08:00. No answer. I called several times and only got an answer at around 10:00 and spoke to Solomon. He said he would find out where my parcel is. Meanwhile I got an email from Octavia at the main branch who asked for my tracking details and then said she would follow up. She later said that she called the Bloemfontein office and they said they would deliver by the end of the day. I called the Bloemfontein office and Solomon said he hadn't forgotten about me and would call. He called at 12:15 and said Ben left it behind and he doesn't know why but he would make sure someone takes it and delivers it. Guess what? Nobody came! Nobody called! I call at 16:00 and nobody picks up. I call again and again and at around 16:30 someone picks up and hangs up without speaking. Yes... You read right. So now I have to get up tomorrow morning and go fetch my parcel from their offices whereas I paid for them to deliver it to my address. I will never use their service and never order from online stores that use them. The other negative reviews are not lying.
<p>Today, the 7th July i had a trip with citybug. It was for 13:00. I asked them to wait for me for just 5mins and they did not. I onky found out today that if you are late you forfeit your ticket. I am a student, i devided to use them because of their reputation and funny enough i have been recommending them to my peers. I artived at the departing spot and the driver saw me along with the passangers. We waived them down and they refused to stop, the driver and passangers smiled back at us. I called their centre and they said they only stop at "millies". I asked where that is and she rudely said "Its Millies!". We travelked down the N1 and stopped at the Engen but they were not there. For some reason as i attemoted to call several times my calls were blocked. The number was not busy, they just blocked me. I called later andbthey went through and was given the address of the Bloemfontein manager. He was equally rude and difficult. I arrived and asked him for a glass of water as i had walked for an hour to reach the office but it seemed like pouring water was c**** for him. He did not care to help me, the terms and condisptions were something that were explained to me today only and never before. Funny enough the bus has been late on other prior occassions because the drivers waited for late passangers. I understand terms and conditions better than anyone, i study law...i just do not appreciate the lack of humanity and rudenss. Why was i blocked? Why was everyone so rude? Why was my email not responded to? I even set aside R150 for my extra suitcase as i know they charge for that. I dont know if its a race thing because a particular group of people were understanding and another group just not. All i know is i lost R760 today doing nothing but driving around in a metre cab. I dont have money to go home and cannot even tell my family why i am not currently on the route to my home town. Tomorow i will have to go downtown and use the taxis i have been dreading because there is a higher level of humanity there than with citybug. GOODDLUCK to thosewho book especially if you have melanin. I did call them later after speaking to the bloemfontein manager to thank them for their humanity...it was an eye opener and a lessopn i will not forget.</p>
