The bus was comfortable.Left on time.Arrived on time.Alec and Willie the drivers were safe, efficient , caring and helpful.It was the best bus trip I have ever had.City Bug is my choice from now on

Ticket was booked to travel with city bug. A day before i was supposed to travel with them they informed me the trip is canceled. I must make new plans within a couple of hours notice. I feel this is extremely unprofessional for City bug

We have travelled with city bug several times and were impressed with their service … up to a point. Our ticket from Nelspruit to Pta was booked prior to the lock down and need to postpone due to lockdown regulations. City bug initially didn’t want to assist in this regard and then agreed a once of change within 90 days. Less than a week after restrictions were lifted I requested this change and was told They were unable to comply as I didn’t confirm this request again? How many times does one need to confirm a request? I tried to discuss it with a manager (Charl Lindevel), who was also very ignorant and rude with regards to this. I am loosing a return ticket due to poor customer service, they are loosing a regular client with multiple potential bookings and bad publicity. Stay away. I will never use them again.

We have travelled with city bug several times and were impressed with their service … up to a point. Today I used a city bug for the first time and the driver extremely rude to me and my boyfriend. To the point where I feel like he was being unnecessary and racist. If this is how their drivers are then I will use city bug again his name is Francios

My son bought a ticket for me on black friday for a trip from nelspruit to centurion for 23 december 2018 He was NOT informed that there was no cancellation fee on ticket .I could not find a rental car in Nelspruit for that weekend (places closed early) so I decided to drive down.I emailed Citybug twice re the cancellation fee (no answer up till now on any of my emails) I phoned on 16 December as well just to hear from the receptionist I cannot get a rebate on my ticket. I asked to speak to the manager and after five minutes cancelled the call -still waiting for him to answer! I am really dissappointed that I was not rebursed (minus cancellation fees) and was not informed of their “policy” beforhand and that they did not even answer any of my emails sent to citybug

My faughter booked a shuttle service with City Bug. She was to travel from Potchefstroom to OR Tambo airport to Amanzimtoti, KZN. The City Bug shuttle left her behind. They were fully aware she is on her way but due to unforeseen traffic congestion was 3 THREE minutes late. They refused to wait for her even though they KNEW FOR A FACT she is only 2 minutes away. She therefore missed the shuttle and for all they knew also the flight to Durban and the whole Mother's Day celebration. Because they could not find the common sense or decency to give a hysterical 20 year old student 3 minutes. When i posted a review on the facebook page they asked me politely what went wrong but then also blocked or banned me so i could not respond to their question or comment on any posts on their page When i called them they just said read the terms and comditions. Which is all good and fine but surely customer service and common human decency is also a thing. When my daughter gave them a 1 star review they objected to her review and LIED in their response to her about what actually happened. We all understand terms and conditions but the manager could have allowed the bus driver to wait 3 minutes as the shuttle had waited before for people and they KNEW she is only 2 minutes away. I have never seen such disregard for clients. 3 minutes would not have changed a single thing for them . How is it decent or common sense to leave a 20 year old student crying behind with a could not care less attitude. There is other shuttle servicea between Pitch and OR Tambo. Will never use city bug again.

We were travelling from OR Tambo back to Nelspruit when we stopped at Ultra City Middelburg for a quick break. We are not even allowed to get a coffee as the driver insists we only have 10 minutes. If you have been travelling for 32 hours and you not even allowed to get a coffee I think it is very unreasonable and we will rather make use of another transport supplier.

We were travelling from OR Tambo back to Nelspruit when we stopped at Ultra City Middelburg for a quick break. We are not even allowed to get a coffee as the driver insists we only have 10 minutes. If you have been travelling for 32 hours and you not even allowed to get a coffee I think it is very unreasonable and we will rather make use of another transport supplier.
