My son bought a ticket for me on black friday for a trip from nelspruit to centurion for 23 december 2018 He was NOT informed that there was no cancellation fee on ticket .I could not find a rental car in Nelspruit for that weekend (places closed early) so I decided to drive down.I emailed Citybug twice re the cancellation fee (no answer up till now on any of my emails) I phoned on 16 December as well just to hear from the receptionist I cannot get a rebate on my ticket. I asked to speak to the manager and after five minutes cancelled the call -still waiting for him to answer! I am really dissappointed that I was not rebursed (minus cancellation fees) and was not informed of their “policy” beforhand and that they did not even answer any of my emails sent to citybug
