I have a parcel sent two weeks ago by Temu. On Friday morning at 5am I received an email from Fastway Couriers Cape Town that the parcel was in their West Bay awaiting next scheduled delivery. However, it's still there and there is no way to find out from them when that next scheduled delivery actually takes place. The phones are not answered, e-mails not answered and their WhatsApp option keeps telling me what they told me on Friday. I have a great deal of experience with couriers through both business and personal options and I have NEVER experienced such atrocious service ever.
I just want to say that I am so happy that I chose this wonderful company for my pet insurance. Any query is answered quickly and efficiently. Cover options and pricing are great, and I always feel like they care about my doggo and me.
I thought I had paid up my Gears account in 2019 or 2020. However I apparently left a balance of R6.00 yes SIX RAND owing, of which I was not aware. Apparently, I was notified to a defunct email address, that any account owi go more than R1 YES ONE RAND, will be charged R28 per month until it is paid. They have been charging me R28 per month since the 1st of September 2024 because I owe them R6! They refuse to close the account until I pay this usurious amount and will keep charging me additional amounts of R28 per month until I settle. For R6 on an account which I have not used since 2019!
Sandak Lewin are the agents managing our properties and I have had such positive experiences dealing with them. They always respond to my calls or emails as soon as possible and send extremely good trades people to attend to any issues we are experiencing. In March I bought a new kettle from Takealot. On Wednesday night I found it was leaking. I went online to Takealot and requested a replacement. The kettle was collected first thing the next morning. And the following day they confirmed they had tested the kettle and found it defective and were sending me a replacement. Today, Saturday they have advised that my new kettle is arriving on Monday. Wonderful service! I'm pretty sure if tomorrow wasn't Sunday I'd be getting my replacement tomorrow. Well done Takealot. I remain a very happy customer.
This app started off so promising. But now I never have an order that doesn't have an issue. Today they delivered the entirely wrong order. Somebody else's order, not mine. And nobody at Bottles/Pick n Pay seems to be able to sort it out. Appalling service. They promise that they will call back, follow up, keep me informed. No such luck. I now have a migraine high blood pressure instead of a simple loaf of bread, ham and some sugar etc!
I reported my internet connection not working last year. Telkom sent a couple of workers who faffed around with my modem and said it was a problem with an underground cable. That's the last I heard from them. I tried reporting the problem again but was told it's already reported. I have had little or no internet connectivity for months and yet they are charging me full price for the "service". What a rip off. What atrocious indifference.
