The person that's selling the medical insurance is not very open with clients. She told me you can go to a Network doctor unlimited and you can appoint your GP. It's not true, they pay R326 to a Network provider and my GP told me he can't run a business with that amount. I'm sitting witha lump in my breast, can't go to my doctor. Nobody said I must give one month notice. I need a refund for all my premiums to go and see my doctor.
