First Touch Communications aka FTC provides a selfish, inconsiderate, ***** the customer NUMBER 1 service. My vehicle was involved in an accident and first touch tok it out of town for fixing which was supposed to take under a month since damages were extensive. I was given a rental which was taken back after 30 days but the car was held back for anouth 3 weeks. No one from FTC cared how I got around and seldom gave updates about my vehicle. The best and most updates I got was from the auto body repair. Its ironic that I've read few another complaints about FTC excaty similar to mine and included same individual who suppsedly working on my case " Vuelwa". Its a shame that customer rep doesnt even understand what that means. They serve themselves instead of customers at the expense of the company loss of prime customers .

This is the advice I can give to the next victim, Dont take FIRST TOUCH COMM as your BROKER. You will be sorry. I will also advice my dealers to remove them from referal ins list which they will becuase I'm a shareholder at a national level. Lesson number 1 fro FTC- Learn how to treat your customers like you want to be treated and remove your head from up your ***. You embarrassing your main Insurer with your mediocre service knowing very well that you on contract. You conduct affects more that just your branch in Santon but country wide. Clean up your act fro Christ sake, You make service of this line of business give a bad name to South African Customer Service quality. Don't be suprised if you get legal suit from some unhappy clients. You playing with peoples life offering no remose or concern while your CEOs are skiiying in Alaska on my dime. FTC you messed up this time, you poked the bear. You better start calling all the clients you *****ed this year and find out excatly while we are unhappy with your service. No wonder Hollard fired your incompetent a**.

To conclude my query I have one last thing to say to you FTC- "YOU ARE FIRED"
