Bad Service, Beware want clients to use Pirate Parts say they will give you suppliers where to get the parts and all you get is one of your quotes back with figures crossed out and their figures. Call for quotes and pay out less than half. Read there Mission Statement absolute lies. Horrific

On the 27th May 2017 I had an accident on the N14 highway to Pretoria were my car was strong Hit by another car then it capsized it got badly damaged. I made a claim to my insurance First Touch Communications on the 29th of May and it took them 1 and a half months to give me feed back, on the 0 4th of July they then told me they will not pay for the claim reason being I was driving at a speed of 100 on the 80 zone due to construction but it is normally a 120 zone there was no abstraction on the road to make me drive at 80 it was another car that has Hit my car but Affinity said they will not pay

First Touch Communications aka FTC provides a selfish, inconsiderate, ***** the customer NUMBER 1 service. My vehicle was involved in an accident and first touch tok it out of town for fixing which was supposed to take under a month since damages were extensive. I was given a rental which was taken back after 30 days but the car was held back for anouth 3 weeks. No one from FTC cared how I got around and seldom gave updates about my vehicle. The best and most updates I got was from the auto body repair. Its ironic that I've read few another complaints about FTC excaty similar to mine and included same individual who suppsedly working on my case " Vuelwa". Its a shame that customer rep doesnt even understand what that means. They serve themselves instead of customers at the expense of the company loss of prime customers .

This is the advice I can give to the next victim, Dont take FIRST TOUCH COMM as your BROKER. You will be sorry. I will also advice my dealers to remove them from referal ins list which they will becuase I'm a shareholder at a national level. Lesson number 1 fro FTC- Learn how to treat your customers like you want to be treated and remove your head from up your ***. You embarrassing your main Insurer with your mediocre service knowing very well that you on contract. You conduct affects more that just your branch in Santon but country wide. Clean up your act fro Christ sake, You make service of this line of business give a bad name to South African Customer Service quality. Don't be suprised if you get legal suit from some unhappy clients. You playing with peoples life offering no remose or concern while your CEOs are skiiying in Alaska on my dime. FTC you messed up this time, you poked the bear. You better start calling all the clients you *****ed this year and find out excatly while we are unhappy with your service. No wonder Hollard fired your incompetent a**.

To conclude my query I have one last thing to say to you FTC- "YOU ARE FIRED"

A policy was activated after I had told the consultant that I want to put it on hold. The monthly premium was deducted off my account. When I called to ask what had happened, the consultant was very rude to me saying that because she tried getting hold of me the next day and I did not answer that the policy was activated, I was then told that because the underwriting process had been completed that the policy could be activated. I asked to speak to her manager of which she was busy and was told that she will call me back; this never happened and I had to call back. The policy was only closed after the second phone call. It has been over two weeks now and I still have not been reimbursed my money. I have received such poor service and rudeness from everyone that I have been in contact with, and think this is unacceptable that my money has not been paid back to me.

I had an accident in November 2016 which i filed the claim and was approved. the claim assistance (Vuyelwa)instisted that my car be towed but i took my car for assessment and i didnt understand why she would want my car to be towed while i can drive it there, but then she insisted. My car was supposed to be taken to Auto Magic repairs but it never arrived there, it was taken to another place i do not know. for 4 days my car was else and First Touch never bothered to tell me. i only heard this via Auto Magic because they were waiting for my car. the estimation time of the completion of my car passed and i had to pay more on the rental car insurance since my car arrived at the right repair company after 4days and i was told it even had more damaged than when it was assessed. the car was fixed, the damaged was on the pumber, concer right side of the lights and the grill under the number plate. The auto magic repaired the plastic pumber and the grill was made with a glue, the fender and the pumber were not aligned. when i fetch the car i asked if they gave me a new pumber? i got no respond and i asked of the corner that was not aligned they just pushed it in. ten day of receiving the car i realise that the alingment of the fender and pumber is just coming out and the grill was off as it was glued up. i complained and took the car back where i was told i damaged the car again. but i told them how do you do my car with a glue and tell me i have damaged it. I took this matter with my insurance(FTC) Vulyelwa told me she will make a follow up,, days and weeks passed, sending numerous emails, requesting to speak to managers with no win. everytime i was told that they will make a follow up. i then asked Vuyelwa if FTC approved that my pumper be repaired and not replaced with a new one, she then told me that the approvl was for the new pumper and i told her why did auto magice repaired it. i asked if this can be followed up. its been almost two month since i lodgged this complain and now that the Hollard has cancelled my contract since i did not agree to be transferred to Infiniti as the new broker of FTC which i didnt know what is that. First Touch Communication is Hollard's broker and when i tried to take this matter to hollard i was told they are no longer working with FTC. the lady from FTC that does the contract called me and i told her how unhappy i am and explained why, she told me she will take the matter to the manager(Her name is Telecia). Still today i have not heard a way forward regarding the car, whether i should take it back or not. i have proof of e-mail that i have been communication with Vuyelwa and a week back i called to speak to her and i was told she lost her voice and will e-mail me. i have not received an e-mail or what so ever. the insurance company is a waste and i regret to have been insured with them. I have been very patient since i lodged this complain on the 21 December 2016. i tried to take this with ombudmans with no success.

Firstly my car was taken to the wrong place of repair and appeared to the right place after 4days with more damaged. And my days of rental car insurance was more. after ten days of getting the car i saw that it was not right but FTC still doesnt want to give me a way forwward in this matter. i have been asked to speak with the managers for months now. this FTC is horrible and their service is bad, all they say is "we are sorry for the inconvenience" but they will not reimburse you. I jsut realised that i am being taken for granted as a young lady.

I am so pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the professional, friendly and super efficient way that all the people I had to deal with today to submit a claim for repairs after denting my car and having to have my windscreen replaced.

This whole experience, which is usually very trying and a challenge was handled so well it feels unreal. :-)

My first contact was with Themba Ncube. The help and guidance was friendly and so very good. I barely put down the phone after talking to the department for the dent repairs, when I received a call that my an appointment was already made for me to take my car for assessment, the claim form were not even submitted to their office yet. They arranged for me to take my car to an assessment centre in an area and at a time which are convenient for me.

Olwethu from the windscreen division gave me the same service and immediately arrange for a company to come to my work the next day early enough to repair the windscreen.

I just finished with the call from Olwethu when I received a call from Thea - GP Winscreens finalising the arrangements for the next day to repair the Windscreen.

What makes it even more surprising is that it is year end and considering that a lot of companies are closing for the season and are fully booked, yet First Touch made it happen

This whole experience with First Touch was a pelasure. I definately recommend them.

When I chose them to insure my vehicle last year because of their very competitive rates I was a bit worried that it was too good to be true, but they've been tremendous.

First Touch I am a fan. Thank you so much.
