I have been to 3 different dealerships where I received no service. And just as I was about to give up hope. I stepped into Nissan Bruma and met Chris Bouwer! What an amazing experience from start to finish 👏 he was ontop of everything! And now I am so excited to be purchasing my first BRAND NEW vehicle! With this dealership. first impressions last indeed. <p>Made a booking for the sushi special. <br />emailed and phoned multiple times to ensure that everything is still in order.<br />AS NO ONE took my order as i was told their emails are down and someone will contact me back in regards with this . i am still waiting. <br />as the day progresses 16H00 still i have heard nothing. assuming that my order has not yet reached the chef, because i received no email stating it was booked or received a phone call as promised. i had the decency to CALL BACK AND CANCEL my booking as i can not make it due to unfortunate matters, I Get yelled at, being told that the customer is not always right the phone being slammed down in my ear TWICE and as i assured her i wil definitely not be coming back i was being yelled at to never return i asked for her name and she kept on giving me a ridiculous name refusing to tell me. i understand that the sushi is pre-made but at least letting me know that my order has been put through or at least giving me some hint of confirmation i feel this was not Customer service AT ALL i am so disappointed as i visit this restaurant frequently! <br />I am Shocked by the manner this was dealt with.</p>
