I ordered a Callèndra foundation along with the powder and was so excited. Please be advised as this is not what you advertised Callendra. Callendra I'm not happy. The foundation is so oily transfers on to every thing and every time I touched my face my fingers where covered in makeup The consumer law is there to protect the client. I asked for refund and you refused.
<p>I bought a ION device yesterday at tygervalley twisp.</p> <p>The lady that helped me (Tanyn) told me I can come back for the Edge X for R399, said its while stocks last I can use my voucher.</p> <p>This morning I phoned before driving to Tyger Valley and spoke to Duncan Fisher.</p> <p>I told him I bought a device yesterday and that Tanyn told I can come back as long as there are stock.</p> <p>He even told me there is still a white & gunmetal left for the R399 price.</p> <p> </p> <p>Duncan Fisher was very rude when I told I will report everything.</p> <p>He didn’t want to give me the managers number or name, there was no one in charge.</p> <p>Duncan told me he did speak to his manager and he is not allowed to help me, even if he said he can.</p> <p>He also in the end told me he can wait for another customer to make a purchase and see if he can give their voucher to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>While Duncan spoke the manager he asked if I received my R200 discount, I have not received any discount.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one told me about the specials or discount, I had to see on the app. (I downloaded the app while purchasing the device)</p> <p> </p> <p>I never received a slip because the machine was broken, Tanyn told me she is going to email the information to me. I have not received anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unethical behavior of the organizations employees and very unprofessional.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
