Such a terrible experience, for a private clinic stay away from this place the staff are beyond useless! They are rude and make it seem like they doing you a favor yet they are workers there. If you want poor service then this is the place, there is literally nurses that do not want to help you with your child in a private room.We had to walk out the room carring our baby with all our stuff in our hands.The useless receptionist Zanele sits having private calls while you stand there waiting for her to assist you. Payment not made clear and they give you the forms at the last minute and tell you to checkout before 12 or you will be charged, covid rules do not exist here a visitor was asked to jump over the back gate by security so that we can allow them in the back door as they were not grandparents. Seriously what the hell? will never use this place again! Stay clear!
Logged a move request with home connect 2/3 weeks ago but till today vumatel has not contacted me to do the installation . I am in my new apartment and have no access to the internet. What on earth is going on here? Why is there such a delay? AG210415058
I'm so sick and tired of dealing with home connect there agents never get back to you. I'm in the process of moving and have no installation in my new place. I logged this in advance so that I would not have this issue. Everyday I speak to a new agent they tell me they will escalate to vumatel and Get back to me.Or they tell me installation has been done come show me where? Till today nothing! AG210415058
After giving them a great review Kiara now turns and gives me a different story advising nothing about the 5% discount that she confirmed that I will get many times after me asking her. Please can you sort this out

I had to cancel my fibre line because my lease is up and due to unforseen reasons regarding covid I will no longer be staying in the unit. I moved in the 3rd month instead of the first because we were in Lockdown and I couldn't move which makes it a total of 9 months me staying here instead of 12.Now home connect is telling me I need to pay R1430 because it's not used for 12 months. This was due to Lockdown which was out of my control why should the cost be passed on to me?
Im so appalled by the service im getting here .Tracker installed a unit on Friday for me and straight after that i had issues with my car ,i called the dealership that i recently bought the car from and returned the vehicle yesterday morning and i was refunded.I contacted tracker this morning and im told i need to pay a R1600 cancellation fee? what **** is that? this is not in my control and i explained to the lady that when i have another car can you not just transfer it? i spoke to the dealership and they said that tracker will usually come and remove the unit if its just been fitted.I dont understand why is this unnecessary cost being transferred to me???
Worst experience I've ever had it was a nightmare. Firstly they were delayed by 3 hours then they drove 40km/h after the brakes failed on the bus. We then got stuck for another 3 hours. We were supposed to reach Durban at 4pm and we reached there at 10pm! The driver was driving so wild at the end when the 3rd replacement bus came that people were screaming stop the bus! This company should close down their service and their busses are pathetic! Do yourself a favor and take intercape or greyhound.
STAY AWAY!!!! the old indian guy is an asshole what a thief! he tried charging me R150 each for a tyre valve????went a few meters down the road by tyremart paid R10 each.Go sell those R150 valves to your mother!
Always have great service and products from these guys, shipping takes a while but at least they let you know before hand.Thanks for the good service
