Pathetic delivery

I am highly irritated with Sportscene Parow Centre as they do not care about customer service. I was in their store last week sometime, I have called in beforehand to let the staff member know I am coming after work to collect two pairs of Vans takkies that they had ( which they lied about in the first place and said they did not have) I explained to the staff member that I am a staff member and I have a voucher. just to come there and the supervisor telling me he cannot help me with my voucher and staff discount, fine, I then ask them to IBT it out to Tygervalley where they will be able to help me. Up until today I have not received a call to say the takkies awaits me at the tygervalley branch , I then call to confirm , Tygervalley then says there is nothing that came in and that there is nothing reflecting on their system yet, no I am ****ed!! I call the parow store to find out what is going on, and no one can answer, not even the supervisor can confirm the ibt ORDER, Yes I am a TFG Staff member but I am a customer too. and now I am fed up with this parow store!!!! not the first time this is happening. Pathetic!!
