Woolworths service is pathetic
Ordered a shirt from woolworths online store on 29 October 2024. The shirt was delivered to the wrong address on 31 October 2024. I've queried it twice with woolworths but not much is being done to address the problem. Woolworths customer service is nonexistent. Won't do business with them again

Rude and Insulting
I made a payment on 26-09-2024 but my account was deactivated. I have proof of payment but the ASTV person was rude and accused me of trying to "rob"

Bidorbuy dangerous
I've been a customer of bidorbuy for more than 10 years. Bought an item from a verified seller. Item was not delivered and I lost my money. Bidorbuy refused to reimburse me under their so-called buyer protection scheme. I closed my account. Stay away from this site, I was scammed twice by sellers.

Poor service
Purchased from snatcher before and received satisfactory service although deliveries were on the slow side. I bought 2 rechargeable light bulbs on 28 October 2021. My order has not been delivered and I left messages on the site to query the lack of progress with the order. Snatcher ignores my queries. Won't buy from this site again.

Excellent service

Absa's service is pathetic
Have been trying for the past 2 months to close my Absa credit card. Absa has to refund me R550 before the card account can be closed and that they find impossible to do. Several calls and e-mails later the account is still active and I've given up. Phoned the call center again on 6 April 2021 and a consultant promised to speak to her supervisor and call me back. I haven't received any feedback. I called again today and was eventually requested to visit a branch which I refuse to do again. Will never do business with Absa again.
