<p>When trying to claim from my Csurance, which I have been paying for 6 years, I phoned them and it took more than an hour for them to answer the phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>When speaking to them they advised me that I'm not even on their system, and i provided them with all te proof of payments an so forth </p> <p> </p> <p>They replied then after all te struggles my claim had been logged but ever since I have not received any feedback from them and I have sent plenty of requests for updates on my claim </p> <p> </p> <p>Ticket id:290670</p>
