I have had a claim open since last year, portable possession, my sunglasses - I am covered for R5500, but when i claim R4k i am rejected as they say sorry you only covered for R3500 - since they have found that i have not been tols this so a claim case was apparently reopened in January. Nothing has been done, not even a person assigned to this claim!?!?!?! i am beyod irriated and now when i call and email again i am to told to wait for some one to be assigned! So i ask yo cancel immediately and be refunded for feb - monday to day being 3rd feb. They are saying no! Absolute no respect and regard for my situation. Basically been paying for no service for ages now which amounts to way more than my sunglasses. I do not recommend Budget Insurance.
Terrible!! Netflorist messed up 3 of my 4 orders booked and scheduled for delivery on 14 Feb. Valentines to family and my partner. Ordered to all arrive on valentines day. 2 of them then then rescheduled to deliver on the 15th, then the messaging was mixed up. One recipient got no message and had no idea who it was from, to wrong message going to my mom. I tried all day 14th and 15th to get hold of netflorist (calls, emails, chat) Couldn’t get hold of Netflorist and the chat kept timing out, each time a new chat person asking for the same information i had just given. Finally got hold of a chat person to tell it will return to dispatch and message removed and delivered the next day (now 2 days late for V day). But 2 days later THE MESSAGE WAS STILL NOT REMOVED, HUGE DISASTER!!!!!!!!! And they wanted to compensate me with R50 online credit ,then R100 ??!? what can that buy me. So they have offered a bunch of flowers and the correct message, being delivered tomorrow 17 Feb. I still have no confirmation of this after requesting twice, nor a tracking link. I don’t have much confidence that this will be delivered. AND my sister's also had a disastrous experience with Netflorist, her husband didn’t get his valentine's. What an embarrassment for her and confusion hurt for him! V disappointing Netflorist!!!!!! You at least offered her a refund and sent her husband a tiny chocolate hamper to say sorry, where you would absolutely not refund me?!?!!? FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER USING NETFLORIST!!!!
