Every step from lodging claim, recording, confirmations approval was quick professional and hassle free. Additionally assessment and assigning Marlitz repairs panel beaters by Reagan was smooth, and professional. Am getting updates about repairs progress. This is a stress free insurance claim. I would recommend Outsurance to anyone needing cover. Keep it up Outsurance!

Poor Quality Clothing and Misleading Return Policy
ROTITA.COM sell clothing online but they are a real scam. The advertised ROTITA.COM dresses looks good quality and the colour looks good also. I ordered 4 dresses worth over R2000. Upon delivery I discovered that the dresses had poor sewing, poor quality material, misrepresentation of colour. The delivered package had no ROTITA.COM sale tax invoice to show number of ordered items, price of each dress and total money paid. There was no ROTITA.COM return address, no ROTITA.COM company/shop address and no delivering courier company's contact details. Package was left with my house assistant at home. I attempted to seek information from ROTITA.COM about how to return the dresses, was told via website that it was Chinese Xmas and they will not respond. I am stuck with ROTITA.COM's 4 poor quality dresses each in its original pack and the 4 dresses are still in the original delivery package. All 4 dresses are just worth chucking in the bin as rubbish as no normal self esteemed person would wear such lousy poor quality clothing. I made a comment about ROTITA.Com's poor quality clothing via Facebook. The comment was immediately deleted and I was blocked from re-reading the comment to see if people have had similar experiences. My advise DON'T BUY FROM ROTITA.COM, it is an elaborate poor quality online scam where promise of refund does not materialise as promised. I suspect they operate here in South Africa and pretend to be shipping from China. Don't Buy From Rotita.com They advertise just one quality dress with good colour, and then get poor material to produce mass production of the same nice dress. When you get the delivery you realise colour, quality of material is not the same and sewing is extremely poor. Stay away from ROTITA.COM. I will post them on internet every single day to help others not to fall into this scam.
