I did the 3 Countries African countries tour - Zambia, Zimbabwe and Botswana. Communication needs to be improved. All cost expenses be advised. Prior to travel there must be an elaborate tips for travel. The tour guide - Tevin was awesome however in this trip his communication was overided by other people which caused confusion and conflict amongst people. Thanks to the efforts Tevin put to accommodate a successful vacation. I will be using your company again. Thank you.
<p>All call centre numbers online are useless. I had to call the airport ORT. to be able to get to MANGO airline via information desk transfer. The staff on duty where infriendly and unhelpful. My mom got stuck on her way to the airport. I tried to change the flight on line prior an 1hour before take off it was greyed out. Hence I tried to call in. They kept referring me to the call center. Saying they can't help. Then after calling numerous times I was told it's too late and I must pay on 2k and be on standby. I mean what the point of having call centre numbers that only operates from 9am but there are early flights before then... Respect customers mango please. I fly in and out between pe and jhb. Your airline is disappointing... :(</p>
