I have been with PMD for almost 2 years now and the treatment I receive from them is very satisfying.I love how they are so good when it comes to customers service.Whenever I communicate with them I get the best customer service.I love their premium,way cheaper than other competitors.
I have a question here.Is it Woolworths everywhere in SA or its just Woolworths Lakeside Mall that I can't get my laybuy with my VALID SOUTH AFRICAN DRIVERS LICENSE ,which by the way is the valid form of Identification in this country,also what I used in the first place to make the laybuy?Now i am forced to take leave from work and go to DHA to apply for ID so I can take out my childs Xmas clothes.What an inconvenience.The lady even sarcastically ask me when is it due "oh u still have time" Does she now my schedule ?Wow,what a disappointing service!
I had a terrible experience at Dischem Lakeside Mall in Benoni yesterday. I tried to let this go but I am getting more angrier. My child has a rash so i went there requesting a product a product to help him. I showed them a copy of my previous script because i wanted something similar that doesn't require doctor's prescription. The lady with so much attitude told me to go back to the doctor. I went to Clicks requesting the same thing they helped me instantly without any hesitation. My child is already looking much much better. Im in disbelief with that kind of service shame that Dischem gave me. They used to be my favorite pharmacy that ended 2023-03-07.I wont even mention there 0% sense of urgency. Disgusting
These people are very unprofessional, over 2 months ago i got a call from them informing me my account is with them. I asked for settlement amount and account details i haven't received anything. I have been phoning them almost everyday but their callcentre keeps me holding, they talking but to other people while i am holding. I don't know if their agenda is pile up my bill or what is this kind of service!

MTN handed over my account to these people. They are so unprofessional. They phoned me once and i asked for the account details to pay them, that was 2months ago and im still waiting to this day. I have been phoning them, their call centre takes the call but they talking to someone else not me, you hold for hours noone talks to you. It's very depressing, its like they doing this to accumulate the bill and blacklist your name so you can't do anything. MTN is a huge company, this company is not good for their reputation at all.
I am very disappointed in this coach service they have given us. Im at Ultra City Mthatha at 4:58 waiting for a bus to Cape Town that was supposed to leave at 14:05 Dec 28th.We are basically stranded no communication from Eldo, instead we are told that a Greyhound bus that was standing there is actually Eldo. No one said anything to all of us stranded here. We phoning no answer, sending whatsapp msges no one is replying. We need to be in Cape Town for work but instead in Ultra City not knowing if the bus is coming or not. Why treat people this way?
I recently took out a loan with Sanlam loans, my first installment was due now 20th December. I was ready for them from the 15th to this day there is money idling in my bank waiting for them but no attempt on Sanlam side instead they declared me as "The unpayer" Im getting emails and sms so yesterday i replied to be called back the nice gentleman picked up the fault is with them not me and promised to escalated the matter. Again today im getting a caller from collections and it triggered me to complain this time. Im very annoyed that before chasing me as a Fugitive why they didn't get facts straight? I want this sorted ASAP. Check references from Direct Axis, I've been with them for over 5yrs, not a day of default.
Im utterly disappointed with the service from this company. I had a tracker with till my car was in an accident and writeoff. I don't have a car now. I made contact with them telling them about my problem and to cancel. They just wrote any email telling me things that don't make sense that either the next owner takes over from me or i continue to pay when i reply asking for clarity on this no one came back to me. How do i know who's gonna buy a car that is somewhere in a storage somewhere writtenoff by my insurance? How do i pay for a tracker i dont use? Did i invite the accident to my car?Did i choose to be car-less? Why would they handle my query in this disgusting manner. Where is their sense of customer service?Very disappointed.

Shes very efficient to what she does. I have never seen such level of humanity towards a totally stranger. Thank u so much for this service.
