I would like to thank YDS for their excellent service to me. At some point I was having all my fingers in different pies, this led to financial chocking which made my monthend periods uncomfortable seeing all those debits run. When YDS called me, explained what it is they do I said let's go for it. All my pies were then consolidated into one big pie which I could now focus on and finish one little piece at a time. This has been a journey that started in 2019. Now in 2025 I am able to report that all is well, by the Grace of God that carried me through I am now officially debt free. I would like to write a review about YDS - Your debt solution Wynberg Cape Town. I have been under debt review now since 2019 and I am starting to see, the finish line. The assistance I received from day one has been comforting that my stresses would be dealt with. The lady who was assigned to my case has been really great. Held my hand and has been walking this journey with me. She has been continuously communicating with me through calls, Watsapp, Emails and I feel like I known her forever now. Her name is Mishkah. I would like to write a review about Home-Connect. I am an existing customer and wanted to do a Relocation request. Called in and Lerato Mogano was there to assist. She sat in on the other side of line while she walked this journey with me. She advised me every step of the way. Now my request is being processed. I look forward to receiving high levels of service from Home-Connect at my new address
Out of frustration with my current Fibre Service Provider I decided to to find an alternative service provider after our relocation from Joburg East to Joburg South. I checked for coverage and Home-Connect came up as a possible service provider. I made contact to find-out how long are their SLA's. This was Friday, 18 June 2021 at 10am. A Sales Consultant by the name Blyne Lutchmanen gave me the details and let me know that it takes 7-14 working days to process orders. This was already an improvement from my current supplier as they had a 30 day turn around time. So I immediately went back to completing my online application and it went well. Later on that day I got a call scheduling a fibre line installation. The team came on Saturday morning to isntall the fibre lines. Currently I am waiting for the delivery of the Router then I will be working smoothly online. To me this is what Great Service looks like. I am impressed with Home-Connect services. Look forward to doing business with them.
I was randomly calling to update my banking details and while at it I asked if we could review my profile. I was immediately transferred to Adele De Vries who was so helpful in this process. After updating everything on my profile I ended up walking away with a reduced premium. My day was made as savings contribute a lot to freeing up funds for other month to month activities.
