I bought a car at Nissan with the help of Stefan he served me well the problem occurs where in few days after buying a car the airbag light on the passenger side shows a warning I took it to the dealer ship they took out the part that was a problem I have been running up and down for that part to be replaced but no luck I try to talk to Stefan no luck please assist me with my car I had hope that Nissan as a world known dealer ship that I trusted my queries will be solved but no it's a stressful end where my safety is not taken to consideration by Nissan

I regret to inform prospective clients that STAR NISSAN VEREENIGING is the worse dealership I have yet encountered. My Nissan Qashqai is a few months out of its guarantee. A stone caused a hole in my radiator and the car was losing water. As I was visiting in Vanderbijlpark and had to get back to the Northern Cape asap we asked if they could help me. On Monday 25th Aug the vehicle was left at the dealership. The quotation was excepted, and they had to order the radiator. They only did that the next day. After receiving the part, they took all week to start working on the car. We had to keep on phoning for updates. They then notified us that a previous bumper fitting had stuck double-sided tape in between *****s, and they need to take it to the panel beaters. As I was really needing to get home, we said the tape wasn’t a big issue. On Friday we kept phoning and they said they were waiting for a quote from the panel beaters. We again said just replace the bumper I need the car. They then said to fetch 5 o’clock. They delayed us again and said they are running the engine to make sure all is well. While waiting for the workshop to finish, I saw their driver coming back with the car from somewhere. They eventually brought it, unwashed and spattered all over. The heater was turned on to 32° and the passenger seat as far as possible to the dashboard. When I got home, I saw they had damaged the bumper on more than one place, and it wasn’t replaced properly. I can’t believe all the lies these people told and the way they treated my car while under their, supposed to be, professional care. They lie, distort facts, and blatantly have no respect for the client or the car. We had to ask for a guarantee on the work and they weren't prepared to guarentee work on the bumper. They knew they had botched it but was not prepared to disclose the fact. They are a disgrace to Nissan! TL BESTER

We recently had two of our company vehicles in for major repairs at Nissan Vereeniging, and the experience was excellent. Service advisor Henriette Dippenaar was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and provided constant updates throughout the process. She truly went out of her way to ensure both vehicles were repaired efficiently. The entire team at the dealership was helpful, working together to source the necessary parts quickly. The quality of workmanship was also very good. I would highly recommend Nissan Vereeniging and especially Henriette for anyone looking for professional, reliable service.

My worst experience at the parts department. I do not recommend any one purchases anything at this branch. The arrogance from the general workers and poor customer service. The manager called to promise that I will be reimbursed when I return the parts sealed and until today I have received any refund.

I was told the water cap needs to be replaced on my Nissan Navara.They ordered the cap and I got the call that the has arrived and I need to book in my vehicle. I did so on an agreed date and fetched the car after being told everything is done. When I got home I checked the water cap only to find that it's the old faulty cap. Mind you they had already submitted the claim with the my warranty provider. I went to complain and seemingly I was a joke at the Nissan office ,people were laughing at me.

So my 2021 Datsun Go's strut that holds up the boot broke out of the frame, my car is still under warrentee, so I take it in because it has to go to a Nissan accredited panelbeater, they keep my car all day when I go pick it up they dont have the quote but the car was at Alfa trio all day, they tell me that they dont know if the warrenty will pay for it ,they will get back to me, fast foward to 4 days later i have to call them for feedback, "we will call you back in 5 minute" still waiting for that call back, a nother day passes no call back, I call them no feed back, they will let me know, a whole week later I call them again, they will let me know. Feedback today: they will not be paying for the panelbeater because the bootshock was "ripped out" It was not flippen RIPPED OUT it broke clean off.But thanks so much Star nissan for waisting my time, your customer service really sucks.
