I resigned from my JOB and had SKYnext with mweb through my employer. I called mweb to take ownership of my fibre line, Sales were quick to call me and make the arrangments, the lady i spoke to advised me to continue with my new payment from the month of January 2024, she failed to tell me to pay into new banking details and as such i have been making payment apparently to internet solutions for the past 2 years, not knowing from Jan i was supposed to pay directly to MWEB. i called MWEB as they suspended my line and the agent advised me to send an email with POP to an email address he gave and told me to send the same to complaints@mweb.co.za to date i have not received email feedback or a simple phone call, when i log online queries on mwebs website requesting for someone to contact me no such has been done. and the feedback section shows weve had a problem retrieving this message (FYI I HAVE PROOF OF ALL THE ABOVE) yesterday i logged onto MWEB only to see a note stating i have been paying INTERNET SOLUTIONS and i must contact them for a refund???? why is this my job when your sales team did a pathetic job to secure a sale!!!!!!!! IS MWEB NOT A DIVISION OF INTERNET SOLUTIONS????????
waiting for a refund since the 19th of March it is now the 7th of April. PALESA emailed me on the 19th and to date has never responded to my mails and when i call her number in her signature it just rings, i have sent her numerous follow up emails to no avail.
I moved into a flat in July 2018... Before moving in we were advised that all is in order, upon moving in there were runny taps, missing curtain rails, broken windows with glass still in ... No light fittings, and my front door does not even close as the handle too is broken... I have pestered them since to do some maintenance as I am paying over R700 a month in "operational costs" yet nothing has been done.... The agency is utterly useless and always say they will contact the owner, he himself named as Milano does not take me calls and just reads my WhatsApp when I refuse to pay the entire rental amount he has the nerve with no communication to switch off our light even though I pay pre paid and it's not inclusive of my rent... Rent a property do not take care of their so called clients and are quick to email and respond to your emails regarding money owed to them but emails sent to them regarding anything else they just disregard... I'm appealed by Felicia and Kyla's service oh and Kyla being named as the manager.... I would urge anyone thinking of going through them to not whatsoever as they just want your money... I have a new born baby in my house that they have no concern over... Just utterly pathetic!!!
