I am seriously not happy with the service received from Cartrack and Cartrack employees. On Sunday 17 March 2019 they stole my Toyota Hilux Legend 45 from Irene Mall Parking. I parked at around 09:45am and returned to where I parked at around 12:15pm. I noticed my Toyota is gone and contacted Catrack as i did not receive the following: • I received no phone call or sms indicating tampering with the vehicle. • I received no phone call or sms indicating lost signal. • Received no phone call or sms indicating the vehicle is stolen. • I HAD TO PHONE AND LET CARTRACK KNOW MY VEHICLE WAS STOLEN! To top it off I was not even assisted to make arrangements to get home neither was I asked if im safe or in a safe area. I pay for the top of the range system Fleet Management Plus and this is the service I recieve. Pierre and Johnny phoned me Monday 18 March 2019 and Pierre couldn’t give me answers and said he will phone me back within an hour. On Tuesday 26 March 2019 the following week and still no call from Cartrack. So I emaild these gentlemen (both managerial) and Johnny only replied with an email stating Meagan must send me a activation report asap (this had the wrong detail). Till today Monday 08 April 2019 have I received any form of communication from Pierre, Johnny or any manager or customer care consultant regarding my Toyota Hilux. This is real bad quality service for the price that we pay let alone the personal decency to contact a client to update them.
<p>I have orderd items from Everything Stylish and I am still waiting. They have no contact number and they do not reply emails or facbook messages. </p> <p>I DO NOT RECCOMEND EVERYTHING STYLISH TO ENYONE!!!</p>
