DO NOT BUY FROM CLEARANCE WAREHOUSE AFRICA - YOU WILL NEVER GET SERVICE OR YOUR MONEY BACK
I bought couches beginning of February 2023 which were never delivered. I was told to APPLY for refund which was never paid out regardless of countless phone calls, messages and emails. Please do not buy from this company, they take your money and you will never get it back.

The worst customer service I’ve received
I bought Chandler corner couches beginning of Feb 2023 from Boksburg branch. I was told the couches will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. 5 weeks into the order, I send a message to check when should I expect delivery since it’s due in a week’s time. I was told that the supplier doesn’t supply Clearance Warehouse anymore, I must come to their store and choose other couches. Meaning I must wait another 4 to 6 weeks. I told them I was not interested and I need a refund only to be told they will process my refund after I apply for a refund which MIGHT be paid in 31 days. The attitude of the salesperson and the branch manager gave me I DO NOT CARE vibes, I could tell they’ve done this a million times to a lot of people. Based on the reviews I’m seeing here, they are not telling the truth and they are not ashamed of it.

POOR SERVICE IS THEIR POLICY
I bought 3GB data on Friday, 24 July 2020 and used it for about 45 minutes. Today I tried to use the router and found out that the data has been depleted. I then bought 5GB data. Used it for about 45 minutes again, and it is depleted. When I called Vodacom and explained what happened their response was that my data is depleted so I can't connect to internet. I needed explanation and the call center agent was so rude and asked me what do I want him to do? This is beyond poor service...

FRAUDULENT DEBIT ORDER
<p>I noticed an unfamiliar debit order in my account and I didn't even recognise the company that debited the account. I called my bank and all that they could tell me is that the company used ABSA bank. The reference number for the debit order is VAR VH VAR205 ********** 25.</p> <p>Please be careful and scrutinize your account statements to identify such fraudulent activities.</p>
