They are selling **** perfumes, I have submitted a complaint for about a month now with no resolution; instead, they returned the same **** perfume.
My father passed away 2 days before the check-in date and we tried to explain so that we could postpone the date since we understand that there is no refund but they refused. We felt they don't sympathize with their customers but it is only about the money. I wonder if they prioritize the safety of their guests.
I have been waiting for my refund for the past 4 months now from Steers Total Riverhorse Valley North. They keep on promising that they are going to pay me, I even went to the store for several times and I sent my banking details to Le Roux Gelderman.
They are selling used perfumes and they don't respond when you ask about it. I bought a 200ml perfume that used to last me 2 years but this one didn't even last 6 months. I will never buy from them!
The quotation was R55 000 after I asked them to reduce it because the insurance didn't approve my claim. After a month and two weeks of waiting for the car to be fixed, they called to let me know that the vehicle has been fixed. I went there on Friday and when I get there I was told that some parts are still missing. After I waited for about an hour I was told that they are now test-driving it. All that is after they called me to come and fetch the fixed car. The car came back from the test drive and I was told that they would need to fix something by the wheel (rack), I have to pay more for that because it was not in the quotation as they only quote for the tyre (very dodgy). I had to come back next week on Monday. That time I had already paid the balance that I was supposed to pay after they are done fixing the car also they had already taken back the courtesy car. They gave me back the courtesy car that I needed to bring it back on Monday morning. One more thing is that when I got there on Friday I was asked to give them the phone so that they can review themselves on Google and I refused. That was before I even see the car. So a lot of their 5 stars reviews are not legit. To be continued... (Part 2)
