Stay away!! Do not do business with this company!! Not only are they completely unprofessional and lack any kind knowledge in dealing with retail customers and or trade, their products terrible quality as you'll see in their showroom. I did go ahead, on instruction of my client, and ordered a unit on behalf of them after I was told the damaged units in their [Delta's] showroom are just the rejects not their actual showroom pieces. They were totally unprofessional in communicating all their delays in delivering saying I must "just deal with it". They then delivered the unit wrong with two shelves instead of one. This was 100% their fault. I paid to have it sent back to Pretoria from Cape Town and again to Cape Town. The unit was ready ahead of the time I calculated and put in an email. They however blamed me for putting a later date in the email and not letting them know I was going to the installation the minute the repaired unit arrived in Cape Town. Absolutely ludicrous. What do I tell my client? Oh, the unit is finished and she must just wait another week. Hence, why I say they have no clue about doing business. When I sent an invoice to be reimbursed for my expenses, because of their incompetence, I received a lawyers letter saying I was to blame for giving all the wrong instructions from the wrong specs to the wrong dates for the installation. They are rude and unprofessional. Stay away!! There are much better steel companies to deal with.
Viva gym continues to debit my account even though I've cancelled my membership. When I tried to communicate with the staff at Rosebank they put the phone down without giving me any assistance. It is outrageous and I don't know how they can still get away with this daylight robbery and disgusting customer service.
